The people are nice, understanding, and very nice.

If u make an appointment your in and out the lady hat helped us was very nice she explained everything to us and made sure we knew everything before we left if h don't have appointment and have to stand in a line early n morn like 5 am with bunch of other ppl

They had a wonderful Produce Market and was able to serve everyone with all their needs. Impact along with Mid Ohio Food Bank was a one stop shop. Thanks for making a difference in our community!!!

When things are out of order, they help you try and get on the right path, nothing but love for this organization.

I had a 9:30 appointment and arrived at 8:45. I was seen right away and got in and out quickly. Staff was on their job that day. Thanks!!!

Ms. Wendy Ms. Joy & Mr. Solomon are wonderful people. They help you when you don t have nothing or nowhere , please if you need help with anything go to impact and ask for them . You will leave satisfied !

They help you with your bills and also with winter bills (HEAP) warm choice .and they are very nice people there also !

Impact is a very helpful place for the community. Shaun especially was very helpful and incredible person.

I have a great experience with IMPACT, and they render the best services for the community, And they teach a lot of people computer classes that could be very expensive somewhere else they teach it free of charge.

These people are all awesome! they do good for ppl. We pass put a lot of hats.scarves.donuts.etc there from our pastors wife.

It is helpful place for assistance programs with utilities and housing programs

This place is great resource center for those struggling with children/family...

It was a humbling experience n I'm thankful for the help they gave... Hopefully I will be granted the help I need

Friendly and helpful staff! The staff lady that is the company cheerleader is fun to have around especially to cheer you up if your having a hard time. So many good programs and aid!

Horrible!!! I'm sure the work they do is great for others. Trying to assist them is a nightmare. I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours, caller number 12. As soon as they picked up the call disconnected. Now, when I call back I"m caller 23 which will take well over 2 hours. They make it very difficult to help others working through them.

Its always a headache to deal with government between the employees looking down their nose and smart attitudes and the older ladies flirting and inappropriate talk to the security guards. Take that to the coffee shop and be more productive to help people with the issues They have

This place is amazing. The place and the people there have definitely made an IMPACT in my life and I will proudly try to produce the ripple effect into others lives... Thanks IMPACT.

The people REALLY care, when you go there you are not made to feel like you are less than for having to be there. Thank you all, for really caring for humanity.

Be PATIENT! The people working there are really trying to help others and in order to do that it takes time. They made sure I got every bit of help available to My situation but they can't do that without TIME. My last visit there people cursed at the employees & made a scene. Its hot & frustrating for all of us. Give them a break.

Staff was very nice the wait wasn't very long and they're very thorough

Impact has always done a pretty good job with the availability of help that they provide, but the new facility is 95% remote so you do not get an answer right away like before.

My appointment went very smooth, wasn't there all day.

A Wonderful organization that helps people in need of assistance. They'll help you with your gas bill and your electric bill and help with transportation.

Hello this seems to be a really put together organization I took someone there to get some help and they were really nice all you need is your paperwork and just go you may have to wait it just depends on the days and I think earlier the better the young woman that I was with and made an appointment so it made it easier but it turned out to be nice and didn't have to wait long; so check it out if you ever need help with your utilities have a great day

Very organized and well developed, Impact stands up to their name. Nearly all community needs are resourced here.

If this is my first appointment versus walk -in , ; I SAY SCHOOL YEAR SIGNALS NEED FOR A APPOINTMENT. FAST FRIENDLY AND SERVICE NOT ENDANGERED.....TAKE THE LESSON FOR IT WORKS! People who seek the relief appointments may find themselves attacking the Hallway Fashion Show bullying cliche.

Helps those in real financial need. Serves on a first come first serve basis . Got help with utility bill once and am so grateful for that. Now just trying to get help with furniture the bookings go quick. Just thankful.

If you can't get an appointment and decide to go to the office and wait in line in the morning you must remember to be there between 4:30 and 4:45 a.m. . You will wait a few hours but as long as you're one of the first 20 people in line you will get taken care of. Good luck!

Impact community action provides income- based case management services, emergency assistance services, financial services, computer literacy and workforce development programs. Most of the programs are franklin county residents living at below 125% of the federal poverty level. Visit the website or call for more information.

Useless services and repetitive lies & misinformation.

Having been calling all day and when I get to number one on the line someone hangs up. Trust me I don t want to have to call but here we are.

Unreliable! Promised made that were never kept! They lie about making appointments after waiting outside for hours, only to give you a phone number to call, which never goes through. They cater more to the foreigners than natural born US citizens! This place is A JOKE! Don't even waste your time coming into this place! This place is a DISGRACE!

Worst agency personnel to need help from. Even if you need to ask a simple question the security guard would ask you to exit their building because you are not one of 30 people they only see per day.

I applied and used the weatherization program for my property on Dunbar drive. The units are a lot warmer now. They did a good job.
