Kate Rath was my customer service Rep for Ideal Shield. I called her in a panic. We failed our final inspection because we missed (2) decorative Bollards. Originally I was quoted 10 - 14 days before they would even ship plus shipping time. Kate jumped through hoops and once the order was placed the bollards shipped within two days and we had them onsite to pass final inspection for the store to open. Kate followed up with emails and phone calls to keep me informed. It's the type of customer service that is very rare now a days. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thanks again Kate!
