Unfortunately this place has a reputation of chasing some of their best nursing staff out the door.

Have tried to call and speak to my brother in C6 on three different occasions. the phone that is given to him does not work. The phone cuts out/static/ or fax machine cuts in to call.H. ave not been able to have a conversation with him
Very caring staff who were really there for my friend when she lost her daughter.
These apparently nice people never answer their phone lines. Have been calling over a month now and I always get a voicemail and never able to speak to someone. Are they understaffed???
I like the staff and the way I was treated. Therapy Department is Unique! They made me want to come back.
My mother has been a resident for over a year on the Courtyard Unit and receives good care. My hats off to all of the staff on the Courtyard Unit for being so caring and helpful in taking care of her. Robinson Terrace is so lucky to have such good employees. Any questions I have are always answered ...
Lizzette and Amy in Physical Therapy are miracle workers! If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be walking.
The food was good and they treated me like I was family.
The care was excellent, and my stay was enjoyable, under the circumstances. Glenda is a real hustler and goes overboard to help. Mary is really good too.
Worth coming here...because they're thorough and get things done the right way.

Robinson Terrace is a very nice, friendly, and comfortable place to be. The nursing personnel is excellent. CNAs Glenda, Mary and Abby really made my time there very comfortable.
Everything was good and PT convinced me to work harder.
I would recommend Robinson Terrace because its a good place to be. The food is good, the PT is good, and the nurses are great!
The staff is caring and dedicated, in particular, Melissa Faulkner, Julie Sechrist, Mary Ostrander and Lisa German, Glenda Felter and Karen Basile.
Wonderful, caring staff in a family atmosphere. Great therapy department, located in a beautiful setting overlooking the hills in Stamford.
Quality of care is fantastic. Family Services and Administration are extremely helpful.

My Dad (arthur belden) just passed this Sunday. He was there just a short time but I was very impressed with his care. Living out of state the staff was always in touch with me. I would recommend Robinson's Terrace to anyone

Unprofessional, way understaffed, dirty and bad odor.
Excellent Nursing home. Mom was here until we transferred her closer to home. The staff were always extremely caring and considerate . They went above and beyond and catered to moms every need. Highly recommended
It was a very good place for Rehabilitation. All of the nursing staff were very good to me .
They give great care. I'm able to do so much more after doing therapy.
This facility has no plan in place for emergency staffing needs. Nurses are regularly mandated for 16 hour shifts back to back. This practice is UNSAFE!
