Hubble homes

The first thing the office person did was send me to the wrong model. I didn't know it was the wrong model until I sat down with the designer. That changed everything.
The designer couldn't match the colors of a house they have one their website. Nor did she care.
The lack of communication is beyond me. At one point they took two weeks to reply to a question. Even then, they didn't know if I was talking about interior paint or exterior paint. This was after I provided them with a picture.
They refuse to acknowledge a closing date. So I sit here day by day not being able to lock in a rate. Rates are on the rise. Hubble has cost me 30,000 in interest because of this. It's been 6 months and no end in site!

The build itself is really good. The superintendent is awesome. The subcontractors did a great job. None of that compensates for the poor customer service the office and design personal provide.

The devil is in the details and they missed the mark in that aspect. Leaving me questioning why I'' doing business with them.

WE feel our hubble home is a GREAT VALUE, well worth what we paid. It took 8 months which we felt was party due to construction scheduling and lack of subs. We have a great set back and a lot of driveway and the lot we picked is lovely with a huge backyard. we are located in the Crossings in Middleton. For the most part the Hubble people were good to work with and the home has a lot of great features. We have spent many decades in the home building industry so we are familiar with how things work. Alma was a dear to work with. We would recommend a Hubble Home, one needs to have patience during the process of the building of any home. When we had concerns, they were addressed.

Stacie K did an awesome job. She was always in contact with me throughout the entire process. She made it very easy from start to finish. My clients were also very happy with her and wanted to stay in contact even after their new home was built. Thank you!!

Alma Tamayo is such a wonderful agent at Hubble. I have worked with a few new home agents and she is definitely One of the best. Her knowledge of Hubble homes and her patience with my buyers explaining all the benefits that her builder offers shows she really cares about the new home buying experience. I feel very confident that Alma has my clients best interests and will continue to treat them as family as she has from the start.

The entire Hubble Home's home buying process from start to finish was very smooth. From the showroom staff to the construction superintendent Rob. The building process was wonderful. We wish that there were more interior design choices, and that we were kept up to date more often, but other than that no complaints. If there was a problem that we ran into during our process, the team was prompt to make it right. We enjoyed working with Nate and Kelkby who were professional and super helpful. We worked with Alma towards the end and I understand why she has such amazing reviews. She was incredible and we appreciate all the work that she did for us. Overall, the process was enjoyable for us and we are in love with our home.
