The first thing the office person did was send me to the wrong model. I didn't know it was the wrong model until I sat down with the designer. That changed everything.
The designer couldn't match the colors of a house they have one their website. Nor did she care.
The lack of communication is beyond me. At one point they took two weeks to reply to a question. Even then, they didn't know if I was talking about interior paint or exterior paint. This was after I provided them with a picture.
They refuse to acknowledge a closing date. So I sit here day by day not being able to lock in a rate. Rates are on the rise. Hubble has cost me 30,000 in interest because of this. It's been 6 months and no end in site!
The build itself is really good. The superintendent is awesome. The subcontractors did a great job. None of that compensates for the poor customer service the office and design personal provide.
The devil is in the details and they missed the mark in that aspect. Leaving me questioning why I'' doing business with them.
