They have their own food hub, they have SB, family mart, coffee bean and even watsons in the Lower ground. In case you're working nearby, you can spend your coffee breaks here. Plus they have nice admin staff.

The food loft at The Enterprise offers a variety of food for different tastes. They have fastfoods, Japanese, healthy, etc. There are many tables. The place is huge but it gets filled up before lunchtime. It opens as early as 7am but they close early, like 5pm.

Food is definitely very affordable and serving size is good for sharing.

Great office ambiance similar to a hotel vibe. Parking entrance is located along De la Rosa Street for Php50/ 2 hrs!

Lots of fast elevators. A good selection for relatively cheap food at their cafe. Has only 1 set of small public restroom. It has BPI and BDO atms at the lower floors. Parking opens at 6am for the public.

One thing i like most this building accessible for comfort room when you are in the middle of fortuitous event. I have my two banks for banking like HSBC and BPI. They also have a food stalls that are limited. Grace restaurants is a great choice. You can find starbucks. They also a tea house which it has a lot of people falling in line.

I liked the fact that you dont need to surrender ids to enter unlike most buildings in Makati

One of the better, if not the best, pieces of architecture in Makati. The building presents itself with many open spaces that effectively directs traffic from within and without. Not only is it pleasing to look at from afar, it is very endearing as one stays within its walls.

elegant place and reasonable food court rates, there's ongoing construction at the lobby but very neatly concealed.

New health protocols mean you have to be prepared as to which entrances are still open or temporarily closed... But still generally accessible

Easy to locate: it's on the corner of ayala, paseo de roxas & Dela Rosa front of BPI.

They should keep open the basement parking on weekends. Lot of offices are still open

Modern office building with all the modern conveniences. High speed elevators minimize waiting time. Parking basement easily filled up though. Valet service available.

Enormus building has a HSBC bank and ATM best for Thomas cook prepaid borderless card holders since HSBC does not charge a penny on the withdrawal from their ATM

Nice building. With tall building lobby, the mezanine floor has outdoor area for those who smoke. With Watsons and Family Mart. Three entrances: Ayala, Paseo and the car drop off/pick up accessible from Dela Rosa St. With free hand sanitizers at the ground floor. The CR is clean. Plastic bags are provided at the entrance for wet and dripping umbrella. The numbers of elevators per tower is enough, clean, fast, big and not crowded.

A tall building for businesses and office in the business district of Ayala.

Very nice and well maintained building, lobby is very clean . You can find coffee beans, Jamba Juice , family mart , marry grace and Starbucks on the second floor and there are more options in mezzanine food court

One of my favorite buildings in Makati in terms of Architecture. Strategically located at the corner of Ayala Avenue and Paseo de Roxas, this icon hosts a number of offices in its two towers.

The second level (upper ground) level is home to known coffee shops (Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf) and convenience stores (Watsons, Family Mart), as well as a Mary Grace restaurant and bread shop. The mezzanine is a food park with a number of food choices.

Premises are clean and well-maintained. Some nice food stalls at the Mezzanine (the building's foodcourt). However, in some tenants' offices, the centralized A/C temp tend to go really low at certain hours during the day, the office environment becomes non-conducive for productive work and harmful to one's health.

This is the 2nd highest paid building in Makati, owned by none other than Shangri-La group. The moment you step into the building, the guards are so friendly, the background music is so classy. The overall experience is world-class!

Enterprise Center ..

It is a space with various companies, as well as domestic companies such as hsbc and japan bank.

The building quality is a 5 star hotel with a parking lot up to B7.

There is a separate elevator for each tower, and after moving to B6-L, it is possible to move to the elevator divided into the lower floor and the higher floor.

There are a variety of cafes and convenience stores in the building, including Starbucks and Coffee Beans.

The footcoats are also well decorated and offer good price.

The enterprise center probably would be one of the best buildings in Makati. Very good space for companies.

Second to the highest paid building in Ayala Makati.

Really big lobby. Lots of security. Employees are well dress and courteous

Big Spaced Lobby with all the amenities of a convenience store, pharmacy, and a large mezzanine food court area.

It's like a second home to me because our office is located in there..
