Considering the cost of implementing an in house HR Department, we decided to appoint HR2day as an external resource, which is significantly more cost effective. One of the best decisions I have ever made. After running a small business for over 10 years and trying to handle staff in a somewhat informal way, I decided that as the company started to grow and HR issues would often trip me up, it was time for me to adopt a more formal approach.
