Hotel itself was ok the neighbourhood it s in is not, never felt safe at all, breakfast is terrible never bothered to try any other food they had. We stayed for 2 nights with 1 night of very loud karioki only years from our room couldn t wait to leave. Not recommended

The room is clean, but the double bed is small and the room is poorly insulated, you can hear the incessant traffic from Manila all night long.
Very limited breakfast buffet
The rooftop pool is nice as well as the view
Smoking area on the terrace is rare in the Philippines!

The place has a 5 star customer service, rooms are a bit wierd, the bathroom did not smell good even if room service came already multiple times. Bed looks great but not really comfortable. Location was great because it's near a lot of restaurants.

It is well located but the rooms are very small. The massage service offered is not professional, they hire a girl without training and pay them half of what they usually charge. The massages are given in the room. In our case on the floor above the mattress since in the room it did not fit.

The experience here was a bit of a challenge I had a broken foot and this place is not accessible for PWD. 3 days we booked and checked out after 1 day . You shouldn't be fooled by photos as advertised in the ad . Thank god we booked with Expedia and they were able to help us with our situation.

Booked a hotel online but specifically asked for a smoking room with a balcony but we were given a room that has a window that opens up to what you would think is the exhaust space of the building. We changed room but was then given to a room with only one bed.

This is a neat and tidy hotel.

This is a neat and tidy hotel.

It can be said that it is a slightly exterior area of Makati, but it is convenient to enter the center of Makati by taxi.

In Makati, just ask chino roces to go shopwise, the hotel is just across the street.

If you are referring to the Jade Hotel along Chino Roces Ave, just across Shopwise, it is quite a distance away from LRT. It is not 15 minutes walk
as described in the hotel details. Its location is good though for easy shopping & dining. Easy also for commuters.

Shower fixed.

Shower fixed.
There is no bathtub.
Sheets and towels are not white.
In some places, it is a big minus that dirt has not fallen.
The food at the restaurant is delicious.
The front desk also depends on people but is generally kind.

Nice rooms condo units converted to a hotel rooms. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Great pool but not infinity as mentioned but still Ok beside a Bar. Awesome buffet breakfast. Good location beside Shop wise and a lot of fast food place. Be back for another staycation.
