The ladies were nice and friendly. Very fast. Food was excellent.

I just started going here it's good service is great

The meat was cold and extra chewy, not normally like this.

The food was good, but the service was slow and I stood there while a to go order was being made without bring acknowledged. I ordered a burrito but wanted to use utensils as it gets sloppy sometimes. I was told they would have to charge me for the bowl. I think the company could afford to give me a bowl. Instead I was given styrofoam which utensils go right through that. Just interesting.

Online $5 promo... One man making orders. Waited 40 minutes after pick up time. Never again. Time is money. I lost money on this deal.

The first and only hot head I've ever been to, so far. Great service and I always get my food made with exactly what I want. This isy favorite burrito place. Good prices and amazing food.

Great burritos. Special sauces and toppings you can't get at Qdoba or Chipotle.

Wetter burrito. Less distinct flavor. More easily customizable.

Cheaper and just as delicious.

I went in there yesterday and Amanda waited on me. I asked for sour cream there was only a small bit in the container. I asked if she could get a fresh sour cresm and she clearly didn't want yo do anything extra.
We got down to the end i asked for yellow cheese. She goes the cheddar. There was only
yellow and white. This went back and forth a few times. I will never use this location again. Beavercreek is much cleaner and the employees have better manors.
What a horrible experience.

I had a good experience here. I love the food and thought they did a wonderful job moving the line as I was here on a Friday evening and the line was long. I also had my two children with me under the age of 5 and their kids menu served us well. Thanks for the good dining experience.

Second time with an online order. Ordered my food 30 mins and never is ready when I show up and I wait 20 mins for my food is get made. At this point what s the point for an online order. Plus the worker is rude about it. Does he not understand a 30 min lunch.

The food was just fine but the woman that put it together did not understand I want a spicy chicken but she gave me spicy steak and the steak suck other than that the food is actually good

Had 2 burrito bowls steak ..meat overcooked dry.,..2 drinks flat as ever...and they would not remake my order totally rude people very unhappy with service and they didn't make it right to me..

Had to wait for chicken and when I got home the chicken was WAY undercooked. When I called the manager accused me of lying.

This used to be a great place for lunch, but since the new management took over they have been acting like there is a famine and they have to ration food. I have watched them serve for a few weeks now. They take a scoop of whatever item, dish out about 2/3 and put the rest back. If I ask for a bit more they remind me there will be extra charge. I am not asking for huge portions, just expecting what they used to serve. They are also asking for a tip during checkout. The staff has become less friendly as well. Overall they have forgotten who the customer is. I will be avoiding this place.

Ordered taco 10 pack. Half the tacos were cold, and they forgot to add chips to my pick up order. Didn't realize it til I got home. Called and they were able to give me a credit for the store the next time I go. Best part about is I waited in parking lot for thirty minutes before getting any good.

I used to come here all the time and food and service was great and I gave it a 5 star rating now the service is terrible and they don t even acknowledge you when you come in they are more worried about the online orders that are coming in 6 employees and only 1 person working the line for customers that walked in and there s a line almost out the door I will go to another location and will not be back to this one

The staff is super awesome.. the food and drinks are a plus. I love it there.

Customer service was very friendly. The manager was professional and approachable. He took my order exactly the way I wanted it. I would recommend going to this location.

My order was made almost perfectly. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Burrito but the new guy didn't know which sauce was the GP sauce. He was ignored by his manager after repeatedly asking if the sauce he was holding was the GP sauce. He put it on anyway and i left. It wasn't GP sauce. I kinda feel like it was Tzatziki sauce. Idk. I ended up throwing it away.

Love the food and the service from the staff great price for an all around eat in or out.

Casual Mexican style food. Limited menu but food was very good and burritos were HUGE. No table service. Fast food atmosphere.

Stingy on their toppings.... I would rather drive out of my way & go to the Hot Head Burrito on Sringboro Pike WAYYYYYYY better & more filling for your $$$

Good food, more expensive than Chipotle not as filling, but taste better, and seems to be better quality.

Not the first time I've been here. Food is better than Chipotle! I wish they had some type of special everyday though. The one on Brown St. was not busy....even in the 5 o'clock hour. Got 2 lil burritos and both myself and daughter are plenty full! Will be going back!

Goodness this was my very first time here and my experience was incredible! The food was worth every penny and the staff was very cool and professional. They have cheap drinks and the bartender was adorable and attentive. If you're ever in the area I recommend coming here as you won't be disappointed. I will certainly be returning in the future!

I have been getting less and less meat in my burrito bowls. I also get the barboca meat which is an extra .40 cents, so I don't think this should be a complaint.

Not bad food taste wise at all. On a good day I'd give 4 on a bad I say 2 so overall 3. If the portions were a bit more consistant that would be great.

Don't order them thru a delivery service because they will not get your order right! We have ordered from the Brown Street location many times hoping they would get better, but this last order was just ridiculous. Didn't receive 2 of my items, and 2 other items were wrong....OUT OF 6 ITEMS! We have tried to see if we can order from a different location, but it wony let us, so we will no longer be ordering from here. This is the second refund I have had to request fromthis location in just a short amount of time. Our oders have been wrong about 70% of the time. No longer wasting my time and money onthis location.

They sure know how to wrap a burrito. Nothing falls out or anything

They like to prep to shut down kinda early.....great food anyway.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful here. I love Taco Tuesday, $2 tacos loaded up the way you want them! Plus double rewards on Tuesdays! They have a pre-configured menu items if creating your own seems like too much work.

Wide variety of sauces which adds good flavor to their food!

Slow and for a regulat size burrito bowl menu said $7.55 but we paid $13 plus tax for just 1 and then they want to charge you extra for little toppings, was better off going to Chipotle

Food was not that good I ordered a burrito bowl i got taco meat and it taste was pure grease tasting worse than anything ive ever ate i had too throw it away
