I've called numerous times to make an appointment to try and lease an apartment here. Someone name Danee picked up the phone and told me I had to come in and fill out paperwork. I went in on the day scheduled and she told me they were too busy to see me and I would have to come back another day, normally I would understand this, but there were only 2 people in the makeshift waiting area and it was 10'oclock. She then proceeded to walk out of the office and went to the corner of the street where she met some guy that she was flirting with. I couldn't reschedule that day because I needed to wait for my work schedule to come out. When I did call back, I asked to speak with Danee and she picked up, when I told her when it would be the best time for me to come back, she hung up on me. I called back, figuring we had just gotten disconnected, only to have the person who picked up, tell me that Danee was not working that day. When I had clearly just spoken to her. I find it extremely unprofessional and rude that someone in her position finds it more important to go and flirt with whom I can only assume to be her boyfriend, rather than help someone try and find somewhere to live. Thankfully I have found elsewhere and they were super friendly and helpful. But, I would never recommend anyone coming here, they are supposed to be the face of your company despite it being low income housing. DO BETTER. I recommend a change or more training for your management team. Completely unacceptable... So Disgusting.

The neighbors are really nice. Some can be obnoxious and loud at points but rather than that it's a very nice neighborhood and very nice people everyone seems to have everybody's back here I like that

The Gardens Gananda is absolutely wonderful from an excellent apartment overlooking a woodland scene, maintenance which is superb, a community leader who is great. We have a lively community, a lot to do including the opportunity to plant our own gardens. The apartment construction is to notch. I certainly recommend this or any site.

70 Clinton Ave has squirrels eating through the walls, rotted window sills, rotted floors, mold growing in the loft, a hole in the ceiling where it rains through. The basement wall collapsed and there's a crack running up the wall yet you want to charge someone damages and unpaid rent. You have a horrible property manager and worthless maintenance people. Maybe you should actually inspect the house yourself instead of being another slumlord.

Erika Is the best. I applied for housing with the URBAN LEAGUE of Rochester 5 years ago. She fast tracked my application. Affordable housing in Rochester is terrible. I'm glad Erika and Nora helped

I live in Ogden Gardens and love it! Apartments are beautiful and neighbors are all friendly and truly care about each other.
