Charles was our salesman the day we decided to buy a new used car, he was new at the time of our purchase but so were we to Honda. He wasn t overly aggressive like most salesman, and showed us numerous vehicles that met our needs. He was patient and understanding as we had to car shop with our kids. I will say, everyone was very helpful and kind. The process was painless all the way to the final handshake. Honda of Lincoln didn't have the car I wanted, in the color I wanted. So Alexis (my sales associate), said he'd see if they could find one from another dealer.
