I received my home self test kit only to find that the tongue press had been eaten away by dry rot, how do they expect anyone to put that into their mouth. See picture in Photo gallery.
They need to train their telephone staff in manners and friendly customer service. A little kindness goes a long way.
This service doesn't do what they promise on their website. Still didn't receive my certificate for the PCR-test yet in my email. Now it is 1 day and 6 hours since I did the test. According their website I should receive te certifacte the same day.....it seems just a lie.
Now I am stuck in Newark, and cannot travel further.
Who is going to pay the extra costs involved?
PS. I did the test at Sydney international airport on the 16th of February 2021 at around 10 am
