Hadco Construction

Working with Hadco Construction was a great experience. Their endless extensive knowledge of concrete and aggregate is impressive. Either way, I definitely recommend.

Hadco construction two of my sons work there it's a great company

Early in the morning on my way home from the gym we had noticed that an older man had a bunch of stuff that fell out of his truck in the middle of the road on 2100 N. in Lehi Utah. Me and about four other people had stopped in the middle of the road and put on our hazards to help the man. They had Co. truck sped up to our entire group with tons of stuff on the road honked at us profusely until we moved out of the way and he ran over all the stuff and drove off. The type of person that would do something like this either doesn t match up to the company core values or does. I was not impressed. In this day and age we have to put our best foot forward and just be good people.

On July 22 Approximately 7:30am a two semi trucks with Hadco s signs on it hauling gravel passed my young wife. When the semi truck passed my wife it peppered the hood and cracked the windshield on my wife s brand new 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT. Instead of calling the cops or insurance and make a report she decided to give them a Courtesy call, because we know how much insurance costs owning a construction company and a Trucking company as well. When my wife called they said not to worry they would fix our windshield, so we waited. Five weeks later they call back a said if my wife doesn t know the truck number their not going to help us, really? It s now three weeks later, nice! I guess it s to late to call the cops and or file a report. Sometimes my wife is to nice.

I don't usually post negative reviews (see my review history) and I'm not a person who likes to complain but this company can't follow simple rules.

In Herriman, there is a noise ordinance for construction, no loud noises before 7am. Now, it's summer, I can completely understand working a little bit early before sunrise especially during hot weather, and these guys have a job to do. I'm not going to complain if they start a bit early. I certainly wouldn't want to be out working in the heat. I respect these guys for what they can do.

However, when your crew starts working at 5:30am, making so much noise that the entire neighborhood is disturbed, you have a management problem. I know this company probably doesn't care about this review and whatever supervisor is supposed to care, probably doesn't, but it is beyond me why the company can't have a little bit of common decency to their fellow human being.

I'm sure the employees and management there would be equally frustrated if it was happening in their neighborhood, but they clearly don't care when it doesn't affect them and they can't seem to follow simple city regulations.

Oh, and to top if all off, today was just the earliest, it wasn't the first time they did this and I'm sure it won't be the last. I'd be happy to speak to anyone there about the problem and even revise/update this review if anyone reaches out to me.

Honestly, even if these guys had of knocked on my door and said, "oh we have to start early tomorrow, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and noise" or sent a notice or *anything*, it wouldn't be a such a problem and I wouldn't be writing this review.

I've never actually used them, but every time I've called to complain or compliment the truck drivers it has been an easy process.

The superintendent for concrete crew has no respect or regard for anybody else

Worked there for two years as mechanic/lube tech. Was hired as mechanic, then got put in the lube truck and told after some time I would become a full time Mechanic. Never happened even after communicating several times my desires with my supervisor. They also say a family friendly work place, but medical benefits are horrible if you have a family on the there plan it would take your entire paycheck. They also don t care about you and your family, they don t compensate there employees ver much. I eventually found another employer, when I told them I was leaving they didn t seem to care or try to keep me there.

Dishonest company that hires employees that think it s okay to (continuously) damage personal property and not take ownership of their mistake.

Its a good steady job. There's a lot of back biting and people taking credit for your work. This is an entry level job so it should be used as a stepping stone but not long term.
