I moved to Seattle 3yrs ago and never found a person that I trust enough to touch my color until 2020. After the lockdown I did a research and I found Ezra and loved his style, plus his amazing reviews - inclusive of winning best colorist in 2018. He did my consultation virtually and when I went to my appointment he knew exactly what I wanted and made recommendations based on what would look better. Robert Leonard Salon is a super cute and chic salon in a beautiful location. The staff and owners have been so personable and a joy to see whenever I come in for an appointment.

We have been going to this place since we were little and have always done our hair with Diny. We always love how our hair turns out. Definitely would recommend. (My mom totally didn t make me write this)

I made an appointment with Kendra (@kendranhair on IG), and HOLY MOLY WOW WOW did she freaking ROCK IT! I've waited over a year to get my hair cut because I just wasn't super comfortable to make an appointment to get my hair cut, and I'm so glad that I waited. The staff at RL totally have it down for COVID-19 safety measures, and the salon is clean, bright, and well-maintained. I asked Kendra to give me a haircut that "looks like me waking up *is* the styling done for it", and she went above and beyond to give me a hair cut that I'm just swooning over.

Micah is a great stylist with not just talent for hair changing/applying hair color, but also a true desire to maintain hair integrity and health.

He was easily able to suss out the kind of look I was going for (which I have had difficulty properly articulating to stylists in the past), while also explaining exactly what he was doing and why at every step of the process.

I came in with virgin hair (thin, and naturally wavy) and walked out with a mane that accentuated my low maintenance curls. Thanks Micah!

*side note for those also going in with virgin hair, I really would recommend using a hair mask at least once post treatment as they are fairly inexpensive and one at home treatment will do wonders after any sort of bleach/tone/color.

The moment I walked in I was very impressed by the ambiance of the place. Very chic. Micah, my stylist, was very attentive and I gave him creative control to see what he would come up with and I'm in !! Amazing bleach and tone along with a beautiful curl to top it all off.

Looking forward to my next visit.

Rip off sorry. I've seen senior colorist. Nothing special. I'll be going actually to a different person who's gonna fix the color. I had to cut my hair short after my visit from RLS. This is after their full foil and toner. Paid almost $300. Uneven colors, dark spot in the middle. B*llshit.

I fly to get my hair done here and it s totally worth it! Every person there is so talented.

I went to Robert Leonard for color correction and Ezra went above/beyond I was expecting!! He first fixed my roots then I came back again for a partial balayage. I LOVE the color he did and I get compliments on my hair almost every day

The place is also very professional and I like the extra measures they ve taken to keep the place clean (sanitizing the seats after every wash, hand sanitizer available throughout, etc).

I can t wait to go back for a touch up in a few months!
