They did a great job getting my color laser printer but to working like new.

I am extremely happy with Global Laser since I started using them. I would much rather have attentive and responsive people providing me toner and supplies than deal with a big box store. Global Laser makes ordering super easy. Additionally, the one time that we had a problem with a toner cartridge they quickly and personally took care of it. Give Global Laser and ask to speak with Rene Santos. He will take excellent care of you.

I don t recommend ever using their service. They never fixed my issue and just charged a premium to tell me.

The first scheduled visit had to be rescheduled due to the company pulling an old address for our company instead of using the address I had given them. When the tech showed he was too quite and clearly did not want to spend anymore time than he did. I was not satisfied with the service. I am now looking for another service for our printers for I will not call this one again.

Diagnosed and repaired my printer problem. Also gave recommendation for preventing the problem from reoccurring. Nice folks.iiii

Global Laser came to our home office for a laser printer repair. Our printer is nearly 65 lb and we could not easily take it in. We appreciated their professionalism and expertise in taking the extra step to repair the printer. Then, a few days later, unrelated to the printer, some obnoxious pop-ups appeared on my computer and I again called Global Laser. Via the remote control, Kevin was hugely helpful in getting rid of the pop-ups and, before hanging up, he checked my computer programs to be sure no other pop ups remained. He removed a couple more that had been appearing. It is so hard for those of us who are not technically gifted to battle the challenges that occur with office equipment, and I am very happy to have found a source who has both integrity and expertise! I would most highly recommend Global Laser, especially Kevin, to handle your computer and printer repairs! Excellent service!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, i like when people greet you with a smile in spite of what's happening in the world,customer svc was excellent. People need to smile more,it's a shame that the american people are so misinformed about everything that's happening today.

We rented 3 large Xerox Work Center's over the New Year for a large conference. We were very happy with the service, quality of the copiers and pricing. One of the copiers had a problem after 5pm and I just assumed were were SOL until mid-day the next day. But I left a message and - Woo Hoo the nicest repairmen called within an our (after 6pm) walked me through some flixes. They did not work and he came out within an hour, got us up and running before 9pm. We were most grateful for the excellent service! They were Significantly less expensive than the copier offered for rent from our hotel! Smart move on our part! Thank You
