Enough staff is not maintained for customer service, 50 minutes tried and not able to speak to anyone in customer service.

They treat them excellent in the branch
However, there is no contact with the staff by telephone in the case of inquiries

Worst customer services, they always keep you on hold

Went to lost and found section. Got my lost luggage very fast. Met an interesting gentleman Adel Ramadhan, his office is very unique with good working atmosphere.

As I'm a Bahraini citizen gulf air does not offer any special rate for us .. their app also is too weak if you will compare it to the competitors .. most of their airplane are old but recently they bought some new ones .. nothing special about it you can get same rate with the other companies with more options

In airplanes - the normal distance between the seats, (I do not say a business class at all), they give everyone even from the economy class: a piece that puts on eyes when sleeping, gaggles in the ears and even SOCKS))) as well as bedspreads, crackers, fed, The screen on the next chair with music, movies. In short, everything is on highs

In general, I did not like it. There is no airport in Manama, it is of little use for a long connection. Yes, they feed if docking is more than 8 hours. The new Boeing is great, but the trouble with air conditioning, stuffy and did not manage to regulate. Service is poor. They flew by a 320-200 airbus from Manama to Moscow (I had to refuel in Larnaca, the flight was extended by 4 hours). The airline warned by mail in one day (it s good that I didn t buy tickets from Moscow to Minsk in advance). Toilets on the plane did not clean, very dirty and wet. There is no soap :( I do not recommend it. It is better than etiad in almost the same price category, but the level is much higher.
You can order alcohol on airplanes, but it is offered as any drink when you carry a cart with coffee and juices. Pour whiskey, wine "from under the floor", but the portion is normal :)

We are a family of five and we Waited an hour to get on a flight and then got told there were only four seats left so we had to get the next flight because their online booking site didn t work properly. One more hour wasted.

Gulf Air is the preferred carrier for Bahrainis and Gulf citizens. It is the oldest, but due to price hikes and the closure of destinations such as Mashhad, Tehran and Damascus, many traveled to fly to their competitors. Personally I tried to fly several times to Najaf, Baghdad and Kuwait. All flights were successful except one flight. Delayed due to dust.

Obviously with living in Bahrain. Gulf Air has a real soft spot in my heart. The headquarters is a lively operational building. Sadly Gulf Air no longer fly to my home country but I always found the staff to be friendly and helpful!

The official carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain flies to most of the world. The company has a large fleet of aircraft, including the latest aircraft, including the old Gulf Air services which are good compared to some other airlines.

I can see people's grievances but I have a very good travelling experience by Gulf Air during 2014.

Gulf air and Bahrain airport employees are the most impolite and unprofessional people.
They don't have any kind of respect of people or their schedules.
Really disaster!!

Worst flight experience ever. They lost my 2 bags during connecting flight to bangkok and I wast left with nothing for 2 nights including medication. I had to by new stuff and keep calling them to bring my bags from Bahrain, which happened after wasting unnecessary days in the city and running my travel plans to other cities.

On the way back from bangkok, I forgot my hand bag and just stepped out of the aircraft, tried to step in to bring it and staff wouldn't allow me and even refused to go get it for me. I was told to make a report to the lost and found baggage instead!

Anyway, I made the report and had to run for my connecting flight after I was assured that they will send my bag to my country. Then l had to call to find out about the bag because it wasn't sent to me as promised. They denied finding it at first. Then after insisting they said they found it but l have to travel to Bahrain to collect it by myself.

Furthermore, flight connection area is very small and the service is very bad. Staff are rude and not helping at all. You could miss your next flight easily and nobody cares.

Really felt sorry for myself travelling by gulf air and don't think I'm using it again. I think gulf air should consider making some effort to provide basic services that are now considered as common sense at other companies. We are in 2019 and gulf air is still in the 90s

Very Poor customercare service, Call waiting time is 20 to 30 minutes and customercare agents do not have proper information at all.

Comfortable flight ,but staff don't smile much .I think Emirates crew more friendly n welcoming that gulfair crew.

I'm love in it, enjoy your best fly to hometown no matter where are you from ..... They have approach to the rest of world
