GSS Technology replaced the battery in my phone, which meant that I didn't have to buy a new phone and it saved it from the land fill!

This place is great. My screen broke but I needed it for work, so I dropped it off, they gave me a loaner phone and picked it up at the end of the day.

Chris was very prompt, professional and competent. My phone was repaired correctly, was reasonably priced and was delivered on-time. Much appreciated.

I was in this morning looking to simply buy a USB Drive. Not only did Chris talk me out of it because he would have to charge more than say Walmart, he talked me through the process of installing a new operating system which I was a little shaky on. No doubt in my mind that if I need anything out of my comfort zone I'll be going back.

Dropped off my PS3 to have it cleaned because all the dust inside was causing the fan to be really loud, only took a couple days and it's running like it was brand new.

Nice clean office space, great communication throughout for computer being repaired, and was done extremely fast. Labor is not inexpensive, but look at what Best Buy's Geek Squad charges and then take into account you probably will lose your product for a week waiting for it. Highly recommend.

GSS has a great professional atmosphere with a friendly and knowledgable staff. I was using google maps to try and find the on ramp to the highway in Oxfand, I was running late for a job intetview and need my phone working fast. They where able to have it up and running in under an hour, which was helpful since I had places to be. If you are in a bind, this the place you want to go.

GSS Technology has helped our business out tremendously! If it was not for their knowledgeable staff and timely response to our most recent matter, our business would have been sent back to the dark ages from losing all of our data & records. Their timely response played a significant role in saving our computers. THE BEST PART IS we are a business located in New Jersey and GSS Technology did all of this remotely from Massachusetts, they never needed to step foot into our office. Chris and the team worked diligently to make sure our issues were not only resolved but to make sure our operating systems functioned better than they had before. I cannot say enough about their services they have provided for us over the course of the past few months. Next week we are purchasing a custom built computer that would have costed us DOUBLE from anywhere else, and we are getting twice our moneys worth. Chris, keep up the great work!

GSS is a small, nicely run company in Oxford, MA that I have been using to fix my computer problems. It is comforting to be able to stop locally with no parking problems, no hour waits, and friendly service. They can remotely fix some problems. If they're busy, they'll call you back. Their prices have been remarkably reasonable. I was happy to find that they work on cell phones. One of our phones jumped off a boat and I'll take it in soon to see what they can do. They buy and sell used computers and tablets, also.

Recently had my laptop & desk computers repaired. Ryan did a great job and the service was faster than I expected.

GSS technology was great to work with! I went to two other places on a Sunday in need of getting my screen replaced and GSS was the only place that was open and could do so. I am very happy with my decision to have my laptop fixed by GSS Technology. I thought that it was broken beyond repair, but Ryan at GSS had it up and running even better than it was before. We met Chris Shields, the owner of GSS technologies in 2015. Mr. Shields had taken ownership of a business that was established in town who offered repair and service of electronic items. Under the previous owner, we had an awful experience to say the least. Countless days waiting for an IPAD screen to be repaired, to finally pick it up and the repair was so poor, the IPAD was not usable. When we tried to call, the business was basically closed. That experience was horrific to say the least. I called continuously to learn that Mr. Shields had obtained business, changed the name to GSS Technologies, but was very eager to assist all the clients the previous owner left behind. Not only did he repair the IPAD, he personally picked up the IPAD from our home and delivered to us after the repair was complete. The customer service is remarkable. I recommend GSS Technology to any persons I know are in need of repair or other IT services offered by GSS. A great company, and staff, to say the least!

I dropped by with my iPhone, and they replaced the screen and the battery in under an hour! I even got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off! These guys know what they're doing, and they do it well.

I have engaged the services of GSS Technology in Oxford several times over the last few years. I am a non-business customer. Their knowledge, skill, and courtesy are impressive. Their turnaround time for repairs is excellent. They take time to listen, offer advice, and provide tutorials. I highly recommend this company.

Don t give you an update at all, very poor service, they give attitude when you try to find out what s going on and taking so long, they literally said it s my hotline and laughed.

Expensive but might be worthwhile they charged 50 to reapply thermal paste to my new PC's CPU something at the time I wasn't comfortable doing the price was 75 but the tech talked his boss down so props for that I wouldn't recommend the service I got but anything else could be worth your money

My Lap top has had Hard drive issues, to cracked screen, to currupted files due to hard drive issue. But every time they are fast and efficient, the best part is very FRIENDLY
