Pricing is extremely competitive, my orders have always been processed quickly and arrived on time. Parts are of very good quality and I've never had to send anything back. I can't speak for laptop parts but for phones I would definitely recommend them.

I use group vertical to run my business since switching to them I have seen far less warranty claims and when I do have warranty parts gv is easy and always gives me my money back or credit. Thank you for all that you do to make device repair a little bit easier! Gvbp

I have been working with Group Vertical for a couple years, and I am so happy with the products, shipping times, and customer service that I have received throughout. Processing returns (if necessary) is very easy and quick. I will definitely continue to buy parts from Group Vertical.

I love Group Vertical. I've been getting parts from them for years. Mostly have had good quality parts from them, but even with the very few times I've had problems, GV has been quick and helpful to fix it. And it's that great customer service that keeps me coming back.
