I'm not normally one to post reviews but I thought it would only be fair to Gradys to do so. Their after sales and follow up service has been really excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone
avoid. windows put in my house started getting condensation between panes in short space of time. seals not put in correctly and in case of front door, seal was put in wrong way round. refused to apologise or give explanation for same. poor customer service.
Just recently upgraded my window to treble glazing, I contacted Grady joinery and from day 1 the process went very smoothly. From dealing with Mathew & Adrian to get the job specifications on paper & Onsite we had Martin & Andy excellent fitters & provided a very professional finish .

Disappointed with them as I rang first for information to which they gave me the impression they fixed windows. When I drove 30k round trip to them with the window panel to fix the glass they THEN informed me they dont fix them anymore.
I contacted Grady Joinery to arrange a service of my windows (which were originally supplied and fitted by Gradys) but I was advised that due to the age of the windows being over 10 years, they "did not have the capacity to do call outs on windows of that age"! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
AVOID. We bought a brand new house last year and all the windows and doors are from this Joinery. We have had endless problems with the windows. They are stiff to open and close and in one case there was terrible problems closing it. The front door is also stiff and difficult to close.
