The staff and crew were very friendly and helpful. If you haven't seen the view of Cleveland sitting on Lake Erie then I suggest you do it soon. The city looks great and on a hot day you can't beat the cool breezes.

We weren't able to. Go anywhere but in front of the rock hall. ( due to traffic delays boats and bridges) so they gave us our tickets back for future use.
