Victor was extremely accommodating with all my requests to see different cars and with different financing options. I was able to upgrade from a 2014 to a 2017 Chevrolet Cruize with ease. Victor worked with Steve, the sales manager, to ensure the dealership threw in the cost and installation of the cruise control which was surprisingly not included on the 2017 model I was looking to purchase. That sealed the deal! Brandon the finance manager worked his contracts and was able to secure a lower interest rate. My payments came out to be within my acceptable range. Plus Brandon ensured I had diamond service coverage extended to 72 months instead of the usual shorter time frame. I drove off the lot today in my brand new 2017 Chevy Cruize! So excited! Peter Van Rooy and Mike Payne where excellent throughout my purchase of a 2020 C8 Corvette. It was a long process due to factory shutdowns because COVID, but Mike kept me updated and even went the extra mile to accomdate my requests. Peter had everything ready to go when picking up the car and even drove to my house to deliver some extra service items. Fucillo stuck to their end and did not include hidden fees, which some Corvette dealers have been doing. Great experience, would highly recommend Fucillo and Chevrolet. The C8 is awesome too.

I always feel welcomed by the staff in Service. Only issue is that one TV Channel in the waiting room keeps showing HGTV Channel which is irrelevant to the customers waiting. Wish it would show CNN, MSNBC or else NASA-TV.

Ronnie the manager here is amazing, so compassionate and really wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. Eli and jake the salesmen were wonderful as well. Ronnie went out of his way to find my new 2020 traverse and I was able to take it home that day! Fantastic communication. They truly care, and make car buying so much better than I had expected.

The experience overall was... HUGE!!!!

I got a suv. Next day it was having issues literally spent the whole day arguing with a mechanic who was as sexist as they come. Kept telling me i didnt know what i was talking about with my vehicle. I didnt back down ( i do have a background in mechanics myself) got the head mechanic to take it for a ride wasnt even gone 10 mins and came back with a "WTH there is something definitely wrong". So they said they fixed it. 3 days later check engine light came on and if i didnt know vehicles so well they prob would have taken advantage of me, as im sure they have others in the past. It was def a lesson learned. I was lucky to get my money back. If your reading this before buying. Look into the actual laws in NYS! Lemon laws are messed up! No cooling off peroid! No buyers remorse!! These guys prey on people that dont realize the law. Always take a car home to have your own mechanic look at it!! Never sign the same day. If you can,have a lawyer look over the contract. I also learned to call the insurance and finance companys since they didnt fully clean everything up after.( But the numbers didnt even match up) I would not buy here though if i was you. Check around!! Fig someone could use a useful review. Wish i had read this before i went.

Didn't get approved so if u have pretty bad credit then there's a good chance u won't get approved over all unless you have a huge down payment it was okay no one didnt really communicate back to so I dont really like that at least let the person know if approved or not.then they dont call u to tell u that they sent out your deposit will not be coming back here waste of time now have to wait for a check I paid cash kinda needed the money back I did find a place who would finance me too so u guys isn't the place to go for bad credit.HUGE RIP OFF

My mom, Sherri King, referred me to you based on a former coworker of hers working there, Crystal Rennie. Although, my boyfriend and I decided not to buy a vehicle at this time, we will be going back to Fuccillo. Crystal helped me with questions, even after hours (through my mom) and she truly cares about everyone who calls or walks in the door. Although she would have referred us to someone else, I know they would have treated me the same way. I highly recommend Fuccillo sales department. Keep hiring these amazing people who truly care about their customers and don't try to push them to something they do not want.

I had an issues with the four wheel drive on my truck over the summer so I took my truck in to get it looked at. I was told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Now that's there's snow on the ground I've been using the four wheel drive and it's giving me the same issues again. It keeps disengaging. I took it in to the dealer again and they looked it over and said they couldn't find a problem with it. It turns out that the newer trucks are not designed to drive in four wheel drive high and that I should be using the auto four wheel drive setting. They took care of me even through my mileage was over 36,000(just a few hundred over). They explained what was happening and what I should do to avoid the problems.

Arrived half hour early for oil change appointment. Service tech had opening and took my vehicle right away. Wanted to buy snow tires for my 2020 Trax. Service Associate was extremely helpful. He got me a good price on tires and filled out the rebait form. He arranged for me to use a loaner until my vehicle was ready. Vehicle was ready an hour sooner than expected time. Good experience all around.

None of the games that so often are a part of being a car buyer. Just great prices, great service, and a great experience.

The mailings are misleading, Congratulations you re near the end of your finance term , when in all reality, I m not even half way. This is simple customer service, address the letter to my name, do your homework on what s left on my loan. It s not hard to find a car dealer, I m sure they will all show me the VIP treatment you refer to. Disappointing.

Bought my awesome 18 Chevy Colorado 4x4 from here this past October. My second purchase of a brand new vehicle from there. The sales team and financial reps were great. I actually have a close friend who is a sales rep at another dealership, so I know a lot of the automobile protocol when buying a new vehicle. If you are a die-hard Chevy fan like me, this is the place to at least have a look. The selection is excellent as well as the staff.

I am not a car person so I appreciate Fuccillo for helping me each step of the way. Ronnie sold me my 2013 Impala back in 2015 and I have had no issues with the used car. Also the service desk is great with oil changes, inspections and tire rotations. I called at 8am and had an appointment by 10am. Steve of the service team was extremely friendly and helpful. I plan on making my next purchase at Fuccillo due to my last 4 years of good experiences with the dealership.
