I ve worked for Select for a couple of years. Very happy with the company and the support from management.
No paid Holidays, HR is nearly impossible to reach. No one is grateful for us risking our lives during a pandemic to help our patients. My w2 was incorrect this year and it took over a month to correct, and only because I was constantly badgering them about it.
I would give them a zero but it isn t available. They are an inconsiderate company and don t give a hoot about it s employees. It s just the bottom line . A lot of poor behaviors go on without consequences even when reported. Therapists are not allowed to make a professional decision to decide if patients are appropriate or not. No 401k matching, no paid holidays, no sick days, no money for CEUs, not even a Christmas card or a Merry Christmas .
The company is selfish and they don t have your back . No raises, not even a cost of living. And now, they cut person s wages due to changes in Medicare. The therapists are doing all the work in the field while the upper management makes the money. Did they forget that without the therapists there would be no need for management? Why would any good therapist want to work for such a company with ratings of 1.6 out of 5 Its your choice.
