Staff was helpful and friendly. The owner came out of his office to assist with some questions we had regarding our hot tub. They have a huge selection of stuff for all of your needs when it comes to not only maintaining your pool and spa but also toys and other equipment.
They installed our pool a few years ago, after install I had to go around my yard and pick up trash (coffee cups, plastic wrap, boxes, etc...) they left. Pool floor was bumpy and uneven. Worst install crew I have ever met, unprofessional, scratched up my equipment. Find someone else.
The people here are rude and do not care about customer relations. Rather than meeting with customers they request pictures and if they don't like the pictures they will just not call back. Rather than manning up and saying "sir, we cannot accommodate you at this time" they'd rather go down the road...
