I called before I visited the store to make sure they had what I wanted. The lady was very nice and reassured me the item was available. I walked in and was greeted with a smile, she stated how can I help you. I m looking for silk material. She said, you called. I appreciated that she recognized me and showed me what I was looking for and helped me right away with what I needed. I will return and recommend everyone to this store. Excellent customer service. Incredibly wide selection of fabrics!! The service was excellent, with a couple of employees helping me decide the best fabric for the reupholstery of my dining chairs. They were very informative and patient, and gave good design input. The price of the fabric was great too. The best part was how careful they were about being safe and wearing masks. As someone who is very concerned about getting sick, I was super relieved by the consideration of employees to customers. Thank you!

When my wife and I arrived at Forsyth Fabrics, some of the staff was outside looking at the recent eclipse. They was so nice to share their glasses with us and allowed us to take pictures looking at the eclipse. Once we got inside and started looking for fabrics, Fredericka went above and beyond making sure we found what we needed. She gave us excellent advice and helped guide us in selecting the proper fabric for our project. Thanks for the great customer service.

If you're thinking about reupholstering your current furniture, because waiting for a new one can be 6 months or more away. This place has a selection that can satisfy anyone's taste. Lots of fabrics to choose from and not crowded, so they can really help you find something you're looking for. Prices are competitive with their competitors. Check them out, you might be surprised.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for fabrics to cover my daybed. I wanted them to make the cover and the pillows. They helped me pick out the fabrics for the daybed and covers. They made the daybed cover reversible and some of the pillows.

Excellent customer service. The young lady who helped me was so very professional. It's a Sunday afternoon and she was in a great mood.

I feel their old location had more choices.. but found something that worked just the same.
