Louisville Marriott Downtown Review

Perte for our one night stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They are not serving breakfast at the moment, but they have a great Starbucks in the lobby.

Pros: The hotel is modern looking and located downtown

Cons: our room was not very clean there was a dirt ring in the tub and there was less than a half roll of toilet paper upon our arrival. When we called the front desk requesting more toliet paper and towels we had to go down and get them ourselves. Also the food at the bar is over priced and nasty.

Nice enough hotel but disappointed that they seem to be trying to rip people off with their bottled bourbon prices. An example, the hotel proudly displays $500 for Weller Full Proof I get that s it s hard to find. I m all about making a profit but a 10x mark-up when they had at least 8 cases in view is ridiculous for an establishment as good as Marriott.

Loved it! love the lobby and the way that it connects with the convention center but I didn t stay there so I can t comment on the rooms

My friend & I were in a bind & needed a place for the night. Melissa at the desk was amazing, informative & such fun to talk with! Hotel very clean with a great lobby setup.

Not only did we have a beautiful room with a great view of the river, the Louisville Marriott Downtown was so clean! Staff that checked us in, late at night, were extremely nice as well. I only wish we didn't visit during Covid because the other amenities that had to be closed like very nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the people here, Every single employees that i spoke with. I only staying for five nights, but every night I stayed I slept like a baby. Everytime a problem arose whether it was big or small it was solved with such swiftness and ease of mind. If I'm ever in Louisville again I'm most definitely staying here again!!

Amazing experience! Super friendly staff. Best hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. Be sure to say thank you to Niecy as she greets you at the front door and ask for Oliver at the check in counter. Amazing night's rest at a very affordable rate. Thank you for your southern hospitality. A rarity in today's world.

Great stay. Super clean hotel in a great area of the city where most areas of interest are walkable. We appreciated that the in-hotel restaurant was open and serving a limited but excellent menu for dinner This is actually more than most hotels are doing during the pandemic. Parking was easy just beneath the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.
