This company hit my credit March 29, 2018. I did not apply for any kind of account. I called and had no answer. I love how people/companies love to wreck your credit even if you pay on time. I deem this a negative 5 star.

I spoke with a gentleman named Fitzgerald and he was very polite and knowledgeable of my account. Payment was a breeze and he handled my phone call with courtesy and professionalism. Very simple and will be taken off my credit report within the month. Very pleased with my experience.
