This company hit my credit March 29, 2018. I did not apply for any kind of account. I called and had no answer. I love how people/companies love to wreck your credit even if you pay on time. I deem this a negative 5 star.
Worst company called me for a few days, everytime I would answer they would hang up so I called back lady was very rude saying they sent multiple letters to me and my account was going to be sent to my credit the next day I agreed to pay then she said no matter if I pay it will go to my credit since it was past 5:00pm so I said what's the point to pay she placed me on hold then another agent got on the phone I was very confused and asked why I was transferred she said the last agent said you requested a manager and she was the manager a month later I finally get the collection letter and called again just my luck I get the same agent and she said like I told you before it was sent to your credit and started acting rude I send well I barley got the letter that's dated July 21 she called me a lier at that point I hung up guess my credit will be crap over 100$ and a crappy collection agency
Not sure what is wrong with them but they won't answer the phone during their listed business hours and NEVER return calls!! I had to go "bill collector" on them but I can't even reach anyone!! Horrible organization, inadequate company, needs new management!!!!
You call them up to pay off a debt and nobody answers the phone ever can't get ahold of nobody
Struck me as a scam not a legit collection. Got a phone call from a pissed off male saying my wife owes $$$ for something. I asked him to send me all information pertaining to the "bill" including original creditor so I know this is not a scam. I said as far as I know this is just some guy calling me saying my wife owes $$$ pay me now! He said it will take time. A week later I called back and the frustrated individual said the information still needs more time. At this point I figured this is just a scam. That was about 3 years ago and to this day my wife's credit report shows the "bill" but I am hesitant whatsoever to make any payment to these guys. It seems very shady and illegitimate. Never heard back from anybody.
Was called today by a non English speaking or understanding male. Be w as rude and threatening. I had to hollar to silence him which did not good. I then asked for a supervisor. Oh my goodness ,I got a African American was even worse,laughed,started name calling,threatened,snide remarks,and more. Asked for his employees,bragged he was the boss,I again asked. Phone went silent,then muzak,someone trying to tell how to transfer phone,then muzak,silence again then was disconnected. Lord knows what those rude baligerant men put on their system PC. Now I have a harsh blinding migraine.
Paid my acct in full over two weeks ago. I have not yet received my paid in full letter. They are very rude and not helpful at all. They were very quick to take my money of course! I keep calling and speak to different people including supervisors and they are worthless and incompetent.
Have paid this debt once to Sequestsol. Then it stayed on my credit report. No notice of paid bill. Then they said southeastern physician had original bill. Called them they have no record of it now last week this company called. I tried for several days. Keep getting same automatic message. Operator 000is not available leave message. I do and no call backs. I am fed up and I am going to report them to bbb. Problem still not solved. I would give them '100 but don't have that option.
I spoke with a gentleman named Fitzgerald and he was very polite and knowledgeable of my account. Payment was a breeze and he handled my phone call with courtesy and professionalism. Very simple and will be taken off my credit report within the month. Very pleased with my experience.
Report them to the CFPB they take your info and make dud debt these people will defraud you
