I would definitely not recommend this broker. I recently put my application in on a rental. I had to seek this Mr. Hubba myself in regards to my application on whether it was approved or not only to be told that someone else had put in an application and he would have the answer later in the day. Well, later in the day has come and gone and I've yet to hear anything back from this Mr. Tom Hubba. I would not use him for rental properties as he is totally incompetent. Maybe his skills on buying and selling houses is better. One bad agent when trying to find a place to live can certainly ruin it for all others.

I was called by a realtor Jeremy Stansbury after he received a request for more info on a condo from me on Zillow. He was pleasant before I informed him I did not intent on utilizing a realtor for my next purchase. He asked if I had one, I said I have one but I do not plan on using one. He proceeded to say if I was unhappy with mine I should try another. I told him I was very happy with her but planned on not using one as a bargaining tool to negotiate my next deal.

After this his whole attitude changed, he became rude and completely unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me that it was a bad idea, I would be taken advantage of, and I was wrong that the commissions to go to the buyers agent would automatically go to the sellers and so I could not use it to bargain. He ended the conversation by saying so good luck with that and hung up in my face.

I called him back to provide him with feedback an how I believed the way he ended the conversation was unnecessary and unprofessional. He continued with his rude and unprofessional demeanor and told me he had a lot more people he needed to call and hung up on my face again.

That s just not how you do customer service and not how you deal with potential customers as anyone can be a customer even if they don t currently need your services.

I gave the company 2 stars only because when I called the office to explain how I was treated the receptionist Christina was very polite, understanding and apologized for his Unprofessionalism.

I myself am in the customer service business, and as a new investor this definitely reflects badly on the company. I do hope some sort of reprimand does happen so the agent knows this type of behavior is not acceptable and will prevent future customers from being treated the same. I would appreciate a response to know this was taken seriously.

Our company buys multiple homes each year for renovation and resale. Andy and his team at Exit Realty provide the best customer service I've been exposed to, not only in real estate, but in business in general. If I were looking to purchase a home, or sell a home, in the Hampton Roads area - Andy and his team at Exit Realty would definitely be the first I would recommend you call. They care more about the customer than the commission and doing what's right for you not just pushing their agenda like most of the agents out there today. If you're looking for someone you can trust, whether that's buying or selling your first home, or new to the area looking - don't hesitate giving Andy a call!

Andy is an excellent realtor. He was fantastic through all steps of the process. He met with us in advance to give us advice on areas of the house to update to help it sell more quickly. His excellent video tour gives interested customers a thorough look before entering the house. Through Andy's attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate market, we sold our house within 24 hours of listing. I highly recommend using Andy Hubba.

Andy Hubba did a fantastic job of selling a "difficult" property for us. He took care of coordinating repairs, inspections, etc., you name it, he did it. The closing went off without a hitch, and we received above asking price for the property. Wonderful job - wonderful service!
