Joe helped our nascent not-for-profit purchase a house. He did an awesome job negotiating strongly on our behalf. It was a pleasure to work with someone who brings so much experience and who communicates clearly and honestly.

I have had multiple transactions with Joe-the first was 25 years ago and we recently completed another! I find Joe to be very responsive and the most knowledgeable agent that I have worked with. Joe's instincts about our transactions were always spot-on. Joe was very giving of his time and was always available to me to help with questions or concerns that I might have. No one knows Downtown like Joe!

There are three realtors that own the downtown Indy market: Joe Everheart, Chris Nottingham, and Kate Flock. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them! I spoke with each of them regarding the sale of my home. Kate dropped out as she did not want to take the listing, which is perfectly fine and I appreciate her honesty, plus she did provide me with some very valuable advice that the other realtors did not so I am very appreciative of that. So it came down to Chris and Joe, and it was a very hard choice. Ultimately I chose Everheart Studios owing to their portfolio, which is filled with distinctive historic homes like mine, as well as the beautiful and upscale copywriting and photography they provide to showcase these homes. As an aside, if Everheart sold my house as a dual agent, their commission would have been reduced to 5%, which is a very nice thing to have. Joe gave my listing to his teammate Rob Measle and I left the country to live on the sea for a few months while they sold my home. Well, my home sold in the timeframe that I wanted and it was a smooth and easy transaction -- plus I love the good people who bought my home. I also enjoyed many good laughs with Rob along the way and am VERY appreciative that he was so much fun and so professional to work with. In fact, the only thing that was a bear with selling my house was moving all my stuff out -- otherwise it was perfection. And while I still think Everheart Studios needs a billiard table, hahaha, their office is quite a beautiful place! Much love to you, Rob!

I have bought or sold four houses through Everhart Studio over the past several years. Two of them were particularly difficult cases -- unusual architecture or sale during the Great Recession. Joe and his colleagues were first-rate in every way: professional, timely, honest, and fair-minded. I can't imagine using any other Realtor to list my house or to work with me on the purchase of a house.

There is a saying that you can't please all of the people all of the time. As far as I am concerned Everhart Studio, and it's leader-owner Joe Everhart, pretty much disprove that theory. Perhaps I am bias given that over the years I have both bought and sold with Joe. My first experience was 15 years ago, the last, just three years back. He is my consultant and advisor in any real estate move I make. He is knowledgable in so many facets of the real estate business and loves seeing good architecture sold to the right buyers. I must say that more than once he was the voice of reason when my heart was trying to override my brain. This has made me happy, and as an investor, profitable. Thinking of selling, that reminds me, I need to call Joe!
