For years I have been doing my shopping in this supermarket, where I have always found myself well ..... unfortunately I don't understand what's happening in this last period, I often don't find what I'm looking for. Sometimes fruit packs and vegetables are not fresh and there is something to throw away quite frequently, but all in all it is my favorite supermarket.

I am writing to you about a report that I would like to send you at your facility in via ripamonti in Milan.
I went shopping on Wednesday morning, in the butchery area I didn't find the chickens I asked the employees and one of them answered me halfway the other person makes me still have to go out without asking if I needed it.
the same thing had happened to me in the fruit and vegetable department only that when I asked the boy (Andrea F. was written on the badget) he immediately helped me by going to get the product.
It doesn't seem to me really correct that some employees behave in such a rude way, I can understand the moment of difficulty but the customer comes first.
