Arrived in the building at 14:00 to avoid lunch time ques. Waiting 45 minutes with 3 people ahead of me. Only 1 staff member on the Cash and Foreign Exchange desk. lodgement machine was broken -literally took my cash, didn't give me any receipt and didn't transfer the money to my account. Only I noticed this, my money would have been gone.
