As a business we have been using Epicurium for a few years now and can highly recommend them.
They offer a great variety of healthier products which is always being added to, reliable deliveries and great customer service!

First I wanted to say thanks to your company for providing such a great service, I m using a lot of suppliers at the moment and some of them are just diabolical in terms of service. Epicurium however, I have to rate up there with one of the best companies I buy from! I love your website and I love the fact that if I order something it turns up next day (like magic!) - so I don't have to hold lots of stock. I was really surprised to get my delivery on Saturday, which meant we could get loads of orders processed yesterday, all ready for the mad rush on Monday morning! :)

Really disappointing that recently this "trade only" business to business wholesaler has now opened up their own direct to consumer website - essentially taking business away from their incumbent e-retailers buying wholesale from them.
On some lines now we just can't compete with this wholesaler/retailer due to their retail pricing in the marketplace.
Granted in these times we have to diversify but pulling the rug from underneath your existing customers is disappointing.

We use Epicurium for our office in Bulgaria. They are always professional, polite and deliver on time. Orders are neatly packed every time. If I need support - I just pick up the phone and speak to one of their lovely representatives. I think our office is their first client in Bulgaria! I have done business with Epicurium for 5.5 years now - mainly importing bounce balls and vita cocos to Norway. Quality is always good, and the one time there was an issue they fixed it immediately. These guys are punctual, reliable and offer great customer service. Thumbs up!
