Emplacement N°1

Serious company which knew how to advise me on the search for commercial premises! Good feedback. Serious company with good advice and very friendly people.
I recommend .

Agency with a very bad reputation. I myself had setbacks with them and I subsequently met many people who complained.

A very bad aceuille, the person talks to you while eating is drinking, refuses to help you on the pretext that I have no contribution at the moment.
I strongly recommend this agency extremely disappointed with the services.

I recommend this agency
In addition to having found a shop for my sandwich shop in the city center, I was supported for the financing and the various administrative procedures.

A professional agency that is smiling, attentive, responsive, and of good advice.
We recommend this agency.

After contacting several agencies to find a commercial premises. I have not found better, by far! A dynamic, friendly and competent team.
Strong salespeople with proposals: where other agencies are content to respond to a request for information, they have been able to analyze my needs and guide me.
A top secretariat: help with establishing status, mounting funding files and a very responsive partner network (bank, accountant, etc.).
The fees are not the lowest on the market, but the quality of service is there.

Point of honor for their flexibility, because the file spanned the pandemic period. And the collaboration continued to be very intelligent.

I recommend eyes closed!

Very good reception, commercial listening, professional and efficient.
I recommend without hesitation

Specialist in corporate real estate and commercial location.
