Dr Schnur and his staff are incredible. My wife and I are both sick and they got us right in the same day. We are now starting to feel a little better already.

The concept behind Elite Heath is great but the execution is less than desirable, in fact if you rely on them for health needs, you'll have to rely on your own tenacity to get results. If you don't have a medical background, it could be dangerous. They don't answer calls, they don't follow up, they loose exams, blood work goes bad because of their lack of follow up with the labs, you have to constantly call them to update your records online and they still do not, they have a call center in Dominican Republic which does not understand the US system nor does it follow up. It is an express system, expect to only be booked for 15 minutes with your doctor. It is a shame because of such a great concept but such horrible execution of the concept.

This was my first experience with Elite Health. If Tady Garcia, a Nurse Practioner, is an accurate representation of their services they are all fives! We had a telemedicine appointment on short notice. The connections were bad and she tried different things several times so we could get through it. Then it seems she genuinely wanted to hear what my mother who is 85 had to say. This is rare in medical practice these days. Usually you wait forever and then you feel they are rushing you out. She assessed her very accurately based on what I already knew and handled the immediate issue of that day. She also offered long-term solutions. Thank you Ms. Garcia!

I think the doctors and nurses here are great. however, the call center and administrators leave a lot to be desired. they want you to text them which inevitably turns into terrible fiascoes, misunderstandings. the call center and office staff border on being incompetent and the whole thing needs an operational overhaul.

Dr Levy was absolutely amazing! I m very happy I met him and he is my primary care physician. Great personality and knowledge. Lulu was very helpful too and got me through the process of further medical appointments quickly. The wait time upon checking in was a bit longer than expected but totally worth it once I got to see Dr Levy.

My mom has been going here for years. They say they will put through prescriptions and they never do it. You have to call a million times to force them to put anything through. The referrals department is the worst I have ever seen you need to call for weeks everyday to get a referral. If you are lucky you will finally get it right before the appointment. They add so much stress to their patients who are usually older Patients. If I was Dr. Tania Velez I would reevaluate by staff because they are giving me a horrible reputation. The only bright spot is Vince in the call center who tries to help. Angelina is worthless and unprofessional. I can go on and on yet we should all put formal complaints with the better business bureau and then see what they do. They are playing with people's lives!

I have always had a positive experience going to this office. Gladys is so helpful and is always cheery. She helps to calm my nerves and puts a smile on my face.

I ve been a patient there for 15+ yrs and the service and staff are just horrible! Unprofessional and impolite, no consideration at all. They don t return the calls, the text msg is a disaster, you email the MANAGER and they don t reply back .??!!
The nurse practitioner is rude and lacks knowledge.
