The concept behind Elite Heath is great but the execution is less than desirable, in fact if you rely on them for health needs, you'll have to rely on your own tenacity to get results. If you don't have a medical background, it could be dangerous. They don't answer calls, they don't follow up, they loose exams, blood work goes bad because of their lack of follow up with the labs, you have to constantly call them to update your records online and they still do not, they have a call center in Dominican Republic which does not understand the US system nor does it follow up. It is an express system, expect to only be booked for 15 minutes with your doctor. It is a shame because of such a great concept but such horrible execution of the concept.
