I highly recommend Ginger Manning of Elite properties. She is a great person with a big heart who will look after you at all costs to find you the best tenant possible. She stands by property owners when applicants try their best to sneaky, lie about the facts, and she'll have none of it.
The worst experience ever! Elite was fining us for every little thing. Excessive garbage $25 , car on grass $100 etc. Grass was old and non taken care of . Elite will talk to you one-way. You have no saying against them. After 6 month ongoing battle we just moved out.
