My Condo was flooded with water from upper unit. As per the Cond By-laws Condo Association Insurance Company State Farm is responsible for the damages. But, Elite Property Management company and it's Manager Emily Foy are neither responding to my emails nor to phone calls to file a claim with State Farm. I even went to their office in person to request them either to file the claim or at least give me an email or letter saying why they are not responsible. But, they denied both of my requests and treated me very bad. This is management company is very irresponsible and it's just another money making business at the pain of victims.
