Ginger Manning is a horrible property manager, very rude, and professional. She makes business decisions out of emotion and frustration. She takes forever to return phone calls and will hang up in your face if she disagrees with what you are saying. I have been a tenant for 8 plus years and have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism with the companies that managed this property. I would never recommend anyone to Elite. They should be shut down!!!!!
They were very easy to work with from the time I moved until the time I moved out. I rented a 2 bedroom and it was very clean and maintained. I even received all my security deposit back.. Thanks Elite Properties!
A personal 'Thank You ' to Brittney Nelson. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor to both sell my property within a week at above asking and help me buy a property. She held my hand all through the process and assisted in every possible way to close in a timely manner.
If I have to do it again, I would ask for her assistance with no reservations or hesitation.
I highly recommend Ginger Manning of Elite properties. She is a great person with a big heart who will look after you at all costs to find you the best tenant possible. She stands by property owners when applicants try their best to sneaky, lie about the facts, and she'll have none of it.
The worst experience ever! Elite was fining us for every little thing. Excessive garbage $25 , car on grass $100 etc. Grass was old and non taken care of . Elite will talk to you one-way. You have no saying against them. After 6 month ongoing battle we just moved out.

Multiple problems with this company, but the most annoying is withholding my security deposit for over 80 days and laughing on the phone when I attempt to get it back. Would not recommend anyone renting from this company. Horrible management and office staff.
You might notice this isn't the only good review for Brittney Nelson, and there's a reason for that. She's done a solid job of maintaining open and easy communication with me an my room mates. She stays on top of any issues we have and has always been very friendly and open to us. The apartment we are leasing didn't come with any hidden scares, and she was upfront about any problems. A true professional in her field. I would highly recommend working with her and her company for your next rental.
There isn t anything elite about this place!!!! If you re looking to rent from these people, I would inquire about any other property manager over Ginger Manning. She is very arrogant and unprofessional. Talks about tenants with other tenants and she tampers with tenants belongings. When confronted about it, she denied everything. The apartment I stayed in was nice but the neighbors weren t. She allowed the neighbors across from me to smoke weed and the neighbors that lived underneath me were super loud. Had problems with parking as well. First come first serve which really sucked. A four apartment complex with only a 3 car garage so all the tenants basically had to fight over a spot. On top of that they were too cheap to fix our drive way. Numerous of times where I had to use the next apartment complex drive way just to get in and out. Never again!!!!
Elite Properties Inc. (Stillwater Condo's in Pewaukee WI) does a wonderful job on communicating with residence's and maintaining a pleasant and appealing condo property. Sara is outstanding and cares for everyone.
Elite handles a condominium rental property I own. I decided I needed a middle man because I live in the same complex. I didn't want the renters to be knocking on my door for any issues--awkward ! I have never regretted letting Elite handle it.
Elite works for a small fee. They have always been efficient, and my renters contact Elite for everything and anything, day , night, or weekends.
All issues are handled immediately.
My condo is rented out yearly. I was informed that my new contract is being worked on as we speak. And the new year doesn't even start until August! It's only March now.
I have never been disappointed and would recommend this company to anyone that asks.
My Condo was flooded with water from upper unit. As per the Cond By-laws Condo Association Insurance Company State Farm is responsible for the damages. But, Elite Property Management company and it's Manager Emily Foy are neither responding to my emails nor to phone calls to file a claim with State Farm. I even went to their office in person to request them either to file the claim or at least give me an email or letter saying why they are not responsible. But, they denied both of my requests and treated me very bad. This is management company is very irresponsible and it's just another money making business at the pain of victims.
It has been 3 yrs. since we started renting a condo that is managed by Elite Properties, more specifically Brittney Nelson. Any issues we had have been resolved in a timely manner and she has performed beyond our expectations. We are "snowbirds" and between Brittney and her staff, they check up on the condo during our absence, and communicate with us when they are doing so and providing updates as necessary. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a competent, professional, and friendly property manager!
We just moved into a townhouse about a month ago and we absolutely love the company. Brittany Nelson has been absolutely amazing with all of our concerns/requests regarding the property. She has been very prompt in responses and if something wasn't working I'd get a call from maintenance companies that she contacted in less than 24 hours to set up a time to come out and resolve the issue. Examples include a broken garage door spring (replaced next day), dishwasher tray rusted out (new dishwasher installed that saturday), questions about staining the deck (someone sent out to bid that friday) etc. Her promptness and dedication is astounding and this home is absolutely amazing.
New to owning a rental property? Seasoned veteran with many properties? I can tell you I was puzzled on how it all worked initially and reached out to Elite as well as many other companies in Southeastern WI. Response was not just a computer generated email but a phone call with honest easy facts on what they can do. Tennant placed, leased signed, rent generated! I did literally nothing. I often times tell Brittney or Chiffon that they make this to easy. 100% of the communication from my tenant goes to them and they own the decision making process. Brittney is great on checking up and keeping me informed but handles all of it. I had heard the stories of being a landlord is time consuming, and so expensive. Elite makes it beyond simple! Stress free and the investment shows me returns every month! I chat back and forth with Elite through phone, email, or text and its done. This company has been around and knows service to not only you as a landlord, more importantly the tenant. Awesome job at making my tenant know that they are important and we want them to be happy. Before I could even ask Brittney told me she had a new lease for another 12 months and everything is done. Thanks for being a honest company with passion in your business!
The apartment when we got it was fairly clean and in decent repair, but we had so many problems with communication! Issues with getting the lease, with moving out. Couldn't even get them to replace a carbon monoxide monitor after two weeks! No one is on site or available to answer our questions, and they're terrible at calling or emailing back. As long as you can take care of yourself, you'll be okay. If you can't well... sorry you're SOL. Fairly decently priced at least, though.

Communication and service is horrible. I left my house with elite in August. After two months of waiting and several phone calls I finally received my security deposit back and I only got HALF of what I paid.
Do not rent from this company.

Elite is the worst property management company I have ever encountered. The business is led by an incompetent owner who hires incompetent employees. I owned a condo in an Elite property for many years. Their communication is terrible if you receive any. They aren't familiar with their own policies or the condo by laws. They are extremely unorganized requiring you to resubmit the same paperwork several times and they can't keep track of the assigned parking spaces. Save any correspondence as you'll need to resend everything back to them many times to show them they screwed up again. When it comes to repairs or issues that need addressing they have no sense of urgency and neglect to return phone calls and emails. If you are planning to purchase a condo they are the management company for I would strongly suggest you consider other options.
