Elco turned me over to a collection agency without ever sending me a bill. When I contacted them about this they said they mailed me a letter and because I didn t respond they sent me to a debt collector. They did this TWO WEEKS after this letter (that I never received) was mailed to me. No other attempts were made to notify me of the balance owed. They supposedly sent one letter that likely was lost in the mail and just like that..collections. Thanks for the great service Elco. I won t be doing business with any of the car rental companies associated with you in the future.
Has to be the worst customer service I have ever felt with. Called over and over and emailed with little luck. I have had to go through my insurance as Elco did not help. Enterprise are just as bad with customer service. Not wanting to resolve anything and leaving myself without a car after an accident that was not my fault. I would never take insurance out with elco through enterprise EVER! The worst help and treatment I have ever recived.... Also considering my young child was in the car they did not care at all!!!
It is horrible and unprofessional service of this company and enterprice, in which I am affected by an accident for three months and do not answer or answer any call and I have three months without a car that bad service. An accident where I was not guilty and all I need is for my car to be paid for. I do not recommend this company to anyone it is a nightmare.
I wish there was a 0 star option. They never update you with your claim and almost impossible to reach the adjusters thru email or phone. They are scams! Especially the adjuster by the name of Melissa Salazar!!!
Impossible to resolve any claim with this company. Does not respond to email and when you can get a human on the phone-if persistent .... They are completely unprofessional like a collection agency. I Hope BBB rates this company according to the many customer complaints as I put a very poor rating in on ELCO Admin
This company is handling my claim for Enterprise Rent a Car. The claim was filed with Elco a month ago and still no resolution. I have called and emailed them the past 2 weeks and no response from them. I have been driving with a broken back light for 1 month now :-(

Magan did a good job up until I discovered I was entitled to a Diminished Value evaluation for my van their customer ran into and it was their fault. Now they won't even answer emails. Legal coming up next. How can you just ignore? I report them to BBB.
I put a claim with Wendy Donnelly, Liability Claim Rep I at Elco Insurance around more than one month ago and I haven't received any update yet. A car hit my apartment and damaged the water heater and the water was flooded all over the places, damaging my dresser and bed. The worst service ever. Uncertain if they will cover the damages or not.

The General Rule: Collection Agencies Cannot Have Your Driver's License Suspended. ... More specifically, a creditor or collection agency has no power to tell the DMV or any other state agency what to do, including telling them to suspend or cancel a driver's license.
Horrible. They won't return phone calls and the day I did speak with them they hung up on me. I've been trying to reach them for a month now. I go straight to "Lauren with Elco" voicemail and never get a call back.
