Very clean! Loved the suite we got! The staff is super friendly! Everyone was so great with my 18 month daughter. I would stay here again! They even have a grill on the patio as well as dishes and a dish washer in the suite! Talk about convenience!

First room smelt like an Axe bottle exploded in it, second room smelt like mold and the a/c wouldn't turn on, third room didn't smell, but it's a/c wouldn't come on either. So much for using my Marriott points for a free stay. Wasted. Moving to a different hotel.

Nice hotel. They don't prioritize room prep. A ton of places to eat and a mall across the street. Easy access to I-10, its right outside of the parking lot. Room was nice. Service was great from check-in to check out. Free breakfast buffet.

Not the service I was expecting from such a prestigious hotel. The room we stayed in was full of cat hair on the couch and bed sheets. When we notified the front desk all she did was offer a refund. We ended up getting way better service at La Quinta Inn. Go figure.

I was not impressed by this Residence Inn. The rooms were fine, housekeeping if their job. The reception was friendly and competent. Breakfast was average, their nightly happy hour was the worst of any Residence I have been to before. The gym was plain and they didn t have a jacuzzi.
