A little bit on the expensive side, but they always have big sales and the quality is top tier. I definitely recommend Eddie Bauer products, they last forever and are definitely worth the price tag.

All of my hiking pants are EB guide pants. They are the best hiking pant in my option and I ve convinced many of my friends also. Unfortunately there are a few bad batches I ve come across where the zippers fall of both pockets after just a few uses. While this isn t the end of the world for me I decided to seek repair/replacement for two pair I ve had this happen to that were both bought at the same time. A rather rude employee named Melissa stated she was the manager and that she doesn t give away free pants and my pants were used and the best she could do is refund me $50 in a repair bill. The pants don t even cost $50 on sale???

I ve always had a good experience with EB. Maybe they need to find a new manager to replace Melissa at this location or maybe it s time to start buying hiking pants somewhere else?

Fast and courteous service although selection is not that great. It's the smallest Eddie Bauer store i've ever seen.

Not the largest of stores, but stocked with good inventory. Purchased a rain coat at 50% of the price, as the whole store was discounted in half the day after Black Friday.

Last EB retail store, for north Seattle .Smart helpful staff. Park vehicle near QFC.

I had a great experience here, the staff helped me find a new winter jacket and I am very pleased with it, can t wait to start wearing it regularly

Love this place. Asian men apparels can be found here. The value of these apparels last much longer than other brand. So, in the end, it is cheaper and more affordable in long run.

Their product selection at this location wouldn't appeal to all shoppers but their staffers are very friendly.

I loved the old store. Now it is jam crowded, poorly laid out with loud music. Employees while friendly, a conversation revealed they did not know the products. All the mature knowledgable staff were gone. A sad demise. I'll stick to online I guess. I went next door to North Face, serenely laid out and easy to interact with product. Take a page.

Incredibly rude sales associate gave me a lecture about using Eddie Bauer s own return policy. I live out if state in an extremely rural area and with expensive shipping costs I take all my returns once or twice year! Very judgmental experience. But I guess they don t want my business so I ll take it elsewhere.

I like going in and seeing what they have on sale, you can really go some good stuff. It can be expensive if you don't get the sales.

Visited Eddie Bauer today and found and bought a beautiful down hooded coat. The store staff were very helpful. I will definitely be going back.

They have high quality outdoor gear, but kinda pricey. Their outlet store on the Eastside has better prices and often sales going on. But as for UW students I don't recommend this location.

I want to love this brand but I can't. Their fit us just all wrong for me. This location is great - very spacious and has a decent selection of clothing. The customer service is amazing here!

10/21/2017, experienced bad service at store. Ladies at store kept us waiting for no apparent reason. Picked up some other customer for check out before us.

Store is packed with stuff and not much room to walk around.

$120 shirt for Christmas- NO SPARE BUTTONS & one broke the first way washing. Website was non-responsive.

I used to buy a lot of jackets/ clothes from these store, they always they have a life time warranty, but I bought a jacket from and them the zip is broken and I cannot return them, they told to go to zipper store to fix it and reimburse us back, but this is not warranty they promise us when we bought the clothes
