Poor service in Faridabad, toll free number is either switch off or out of reach. I want to give 0 star.

third class service in NIT5-B block , Faridabad.. they are not coming even after raising the complaints... they dont have any attitude of completing their jobs....

Horrible garbage collection services in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. For last one week the garbage is not lifted despite several followup by the RWA members and residents with Sandeep, who is supposed to be in-charge of the area.
Office phones keep ringing and no one picks it up. Is the company open or closed? Can someone senior in Ecogreen resolve the issue and ensure the garbage clearing is done regularly for which they are appointed by MCG.

Gurgaon had a working system with small kabadiwallahs and garbage collectors collecting organic and recyclable waste from colonies and market. Then MCG brought in Ecogreen. No one knows why. For past two years now, neither is the waste collected for days, nor is it segregated, neither is it recycled. What has further happened is that all the smaller kabaddiwallahs and garbage collectors have lost their source of earning. Extremely bad service.

Poor service.... They actually deserve 0 star.
We were better off with private garage collectors we had in our locality. MCG is forcing these thick skin people from ECO Green on us, who are unprofessional and have no fixed time or day to collect the garbage.
I would urge fellow citizens to start throwing garbage at MCG's main office so that they know what it means to do a better work.

It is a great company, need support from everybody to make gurgaon clean.

Waste management company....but management of company is not gud.

This company doesn't know anything about waste management. In the first place they are not making the people aware about segregating organic waste and recyclable waste. They just collect all the garbage and extract as much they can in terms of valuable or high profit waste.

Just the worst service ever. Garbage doesn't get collected for days together, and the customer care is the worst.

HR don't support employee and salary also provide 20th-25th of the next month. They also delay salary for 2-3 months. They fire people without any proper update. Not a good place to work.

Donkeys are more intelligent than their staff. Real garbage in their head.

Not providing receipt means it's very clear they are evading tax.

Eco green team collecting waste from our house in Sector 46 are very punctual which is good for sustainable business.

Garbage collection is very irregular. At times like today, no garbage collection has taken place for the past three days. Sometimes like day before yesterday, we saw the truck go past our house without stopping for collection...

I am a resident of Uppal Southend, Sohna Road, Gurugram.
Employees charge extra from residents to pick up the garbage and are not ready to provide receipt of extra amount. They openly challenge to file complaints against them and the company will not take any action against this. Can you please look into this?

This is an inefficient, incompetent organization. It is no wonder that the boy who is supposed to collect the garbage takes off at least twice a week because he knows he is not accountable. In spite of repeated requests there is no follow up and every time a call is made to complain the person at the end of the line, Sanjay, hangs up.
It was so much better when DLF were handling the collection of garbage. If the boy was unable to pick it up for some reason, they would send an alternate on the same day whenever they received a complaint/request. And, impeccably polite and courteous at all times unlike the staff of EcoGreen.
