Family atmosphere with loads of fun, a bit crowded but still usable.

Beautiful new community in Mesa, AZ at Ellsworth Rd and Ray Rd. Close to the 202 Santan Hwy and the US 60.

We have only visited the splash pad in this community. It's got about 10-12 different sprayers and has a shade canopy and benches for the adults. My only complaint would be that the benches aren't in the shade and once almost all the sprayers weren't functioning. Other than that, it's been a great play place for me and my two year old.

The EastMark Community Center is a great place for members of the EastMark Masterplan Community to relax and spend time with their neighbors. At the moment the community center also contains a 'builder' office where non-residents can go to get maps of the community as well as locate builders for possible new home purchases.

Great place for kids to get wet and play too. Splash pad is enclosed and bathroom is a few steps away. We had a bite to eat at " Handlebars cafe". They have good food and very friendly staff. Grass area with picnic tables are great for little ones to play too.

Such a family friendly, clean, fun environment!!! Splash pad, pools, fun game room, big grass area, and even a little diner! I mean what more could you possibly need?!

What an amazing community!! If you are looking for somewhere to raise a family in the East Valley, do not buy anywhere else!

I have lived in Eastmark for 4 years. We love it here. It has grown a lot. lots of people, lots of activities. Grounds are beauifully kept. Visited pool today for first time in a while, was clean and really nice!

We've lived in eastmark for about 4 years now. We absolutely love everything about it, the parks, everything. it's an overall great, growing community.

They have a great pool with a club house that has billiards and pingpong and much more

The eastmark community is isolated and far from shopping/entertainment areas. Cell phone service is spotty at best. Maybe in 5 years it will be better. Oh, by the way trim the vegetation along the right of ways. It looks like a jungle in there!!!

Houses are stacked on top of each other and the streets are way to narrow.

Great new community with so many choices if your looking to buy a house. I was in love at first site.

Not enough value for the amount of house you get. I will say that there are a lot of good people who live here. However, in general, it doesn't seem like a great community for couples without kids or single people. Also, remember that all the community events and hype will continue to diminish after more and more realestate sells. Lastly, steer clear of the Facebook group if you're not a fan of drama.

Great homes and builders in this emerging community but they aren't that friendly... Don't really make you feel like you want to invest a half million bucks to live. Shame.

Growing neighborhood. Great place to raise a family. Moved here Jan/2017 and love everything about it. Low HOA, frequent concerts, and food trucks. There is always an event going on or something to do.

I like Eastmark more and more every time I come out here. From my home in S Tempe it's approximately 30-35 minutes drive and all freeway. With the 60E to 202S to 24 which takes me right down to Ellsworth it's a snap. What an array of builders and choices. Prices are still great but trust me more and more people are finding Eastmark and they will go up too! Something for everyone.

I love this community... I wish the builders did a better job making sure you get what you paid for, but I'm pretty sure it's on par with all new home builds.

We love coming to Eastmark for the park and the pool. They have food trucks every week too and it's a huge block party almost every weekend! It's fun for the whole family!

Eastmark is the future of Mesa Az. If you have not had a chance to stop by and see what all the buzz is about now is the time to check it out. With a projected 15,000 residence and over 20,000,000 sq ft of commercial, industrial, retail, & manufacturing space, this will be a destination for success. We cant wait to see the day that Grand Canyon University opens it's doors for its future student population. Imagine your kids growing up in a community that provides the best education from the time your child is able to go to school at the Basis School, finished off with a college education a mile 1/2 mile away at Grand Canyon University, and then gets their first real job working for Apple one of the most profitable companies in the world. All this and hundreds of acres in parks all in the same community and located 2 miles east of Mesa Gateway Airport. I have had two clients this past week close on their new homes with Standard Pacific in the Eastmark community and they are very excited with everything the future has to offer.

Great place for family fun. Large pool and kiddie pool. Basketball hoops, grills and shaded picnic tables.

Nice area, not my cup of tea though. Very planned community, suburb looking area. All new construction and they separate the color and exterior looks to avoid looking cookie cutter. There is at least one community pool. But it's seems a little far removed from everything including shopping.

The wife and I love taking our son here. We can have drinks while he plays on the splash pad or the big grass field, or the playground.

The bus stop is so much fun!!! There's plenty to do for everyone

Great neighborhood and fantastic neighbors. Homes are beautiful, lovely parks,great community center.The Handlebar diner is located in the community center. Great food and service.

Amazing master planned community. Great pricing, amazing parks, community amenities include themed playgrounds, innovative play structures, party venues, good food, social gathering places, sports courts, pool, etc.
Wish the lots weren't so small. But geared for lower maintenance and to encourage community involvement it is an amazing area.
Basis Mesa school is one of the options and they are all extremely well equiped and highly desirable schools.
