Dunning Motors

Rude salesmen that are oblivious to the cars they sell. Had 7 transmissions replaced in a jeep compass that had less than 30,000 miles. Prices are marked thousands of dollars above the price you could purchase off of the automakers websites. Oh and they love pressuring you into buying "pre-certified" wrecked cars. They're the biggest scam around.

If you are from OUT OF STATE like PA and WV, stay away from this dealer. They don't know the laws of other states and their ignorance will cost you !

We wanted to buy from a local dealer but chose not to due to great prices on a new 2021 Ram. My husband went there and the sales guy was excellent! We made sure it was okay to be an out of state buyer and they assured us it was fine since they do it all the time. But that is as far as it goes.

The finance department and title clerk made an error. Due to their ignorance of WV laws, we were not able to get the trade in tax credit in our state costing us over 2 grand. You would assume they would know what they were doing since it is their line of work.

Mistakes are made all the time, we are human. So, we called the general manager and she was rude and told us it isn't their problem and we are on our own. The response left me beside myself because I am an insurance agent and I sell in the tri-state area and if we are going to sell in other states, we are required to be up on the laws for each state. So, if a dealer is going to sell to out of state buyers, they should not claim ignorance to other states especially the states that are within 20 minutes from their dealership.

We never received any communication after that and have been dismissed completely.

Pokey is definitely a one of a kind. Her salesmanship is outstanding and I couldn t be more thankful of meeting her! She was EXTREMELY helpful on helping me choose what I wanted, she was very patient and worked with me. Everyone at the dealership was awesome! Saddened with this business after many of years of purchases and many times I chose their garage to do various work. Not only myself but a majority of my family as well. This month my parents purchased a year old car from Dunning Ford. After closing on the deal the car was getting fully detailed before my parents were going to take the car. When arriving home in the car my step dad noticed a dent in the trunk that was not seen prior. A friend of the families, salesperson in another words called my parents a liar and refused to pay their guy to pop a small dent out. This situation is small but disheartening.

Since moving to Cambridge a few years ago, I have went to Dunning Dodge for my vehicles service. On my first visit, I met Victoria. She is amazing! She's the only one I've ever talked to bc she was so helpful. Then, my teenager started driving my Dodge. Part of driving a car is maintenance. Victoria was so kind & patient with my kiddo. Great learning experience!

I was very surprised to get told my car was done!! I had just got to the service dept it seems like. Between fast and courteous service, I m more than impressed!!!

We have found a new dealer to call our own! My wife and I were able to negotiate an excellent deal on a great vehicle. I appreciate Trevor, Kris, and Hank for being people-focused and so easy to work with. We have a great vehicle, a great warranty, the detailing work was top--notch, and the price was very fair. Good visit helped mother-in-law checkout car she bought it

I had an appt Thursday 4/13, the salesman Bobby tells me to come back the next day bc he has about 3 cars to show me. I come back the next day, he takes off early after asking me to show them lied and not shown me one car with a cracked windshield. Bad business, liars, sneaky, and but leaves a bad taste in your mouth with how they handle their business. SAD!
