Saddened with this business after many of years of purchases and many times I chose their garage to do various work. Not only myself but a majority of my family as well. This month my parents purchased a year old car from Dunning Ford. After closing on the deal the car was getting fully detailed before my parents were going to take the car. When arriving home in the car my step dad noticed a dent in the trunk that was not seen prior. A friend of the families, salesperson in another words called my parents a liar and refused to pay their guy to pop a small dent out. This situation is small but disheartening.
