Have been in the chair more than 30 minutes AFTER being numb

don't be fooled by other people they are on family Im patient last month and they checked my teeth .they said I needed filling for my cavity .After that gave me my filling they damaged all of my teeth and I cant chew food .I fell worse than before I had my checkup . If you love your teeth NEVER go to this dentist !!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you for reading this !

I had chipped a tooth and needed an emergency dentist in Columbus ohio. Prices were reasonable. and they did a good job!

Everyone's experience is different. So are their needs. No office can be all things to all people. Yes I work here...but I can tell you work very hard to take good care of our patients. Unfortunatly you can't make everyone happy all the time. Please come see for yourself the service we give our patients.

Good people and loves kids ever much me my husband and daughter loves them they help u out the best they can and if they can't help u they send u to who can help you I would give them a 2 chance if u had problems with them in the past thanks again Ohio dental

I was their today and had my teeth cleaned and they were very nice and treated and my boyfriend with resecpt.. I highly recmened them if you need a Dentist. W.T.G

Do not go here because they do fraud. They send payment to your insurance company with out doing to work. It is very sad.

I didn't have a cleaning for some time and was afraid I might have a lot of cavities. I was wrong!! I came out cavity free! They were quick getting me in and seated!! Had my digital x-rays done even let me take a printout copy home! The Hygienist was very awesome, even made me laugh!! The Dentist was very nice and the assistants made me feel comfortable. Very clean office and friendly staff.

Took my daughter to the er. Called their emergancy line number. The young guy who did my daughter emergancy root canals. Even stayed late to finish everything. He was absolutely amazing! Plus he has a rock hard stomache. He was so good and so patient with my daughter and he listened to everything she was saying not just what all the information and photos were showing.. He even tried to make her laugh and feel better through it. Super great guy!

I don't usually post my opinion, but I cannot stay silent about my experience with this doctor! Doctor Safaryan was great and exceeded my expectations! I had to pull my tooth which had only roots. I was affraid it would be impossible but Doctor Safaryan did it with no problems! I had no problem recovering and went to work right after it! I am not afraid of dentist anymore! The staff was very friendly and took care of me all the way I was in the office ! I recommend this clinic to everybody!

Phenomenal job removing my wisdom tooth and it was relatively painless, believe that or not, and extremely reasonably priced, even without insurance. Than you so much for your good work today.

I've been going to this dentist for almost 2 years now & they are fabulous. The staff are extremely nice & professional. They do great work & are very accommodating. I definitely recommend anyone in need of dental work to check them out! Awesome job, Ohio Dental!

Horrible place!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! my son was referred to this place 2 months ago and needs work done they will not return phone calls tells you they will call you by the end of the business day and never does! My son is still waiting going somewhere else!!

The lady I had to deal with that had the short dark hair is very un professional and when I told her she might not like my opinion after I told she she should not call her own co-worker a lier and say she lied about the code to put in the system because it won't let her prescribe pain relievers for a filling.

I went there 2 month ago, they said i needed to wait 2 week for insurance approval, then they would call back for appointment. it has been 2 months now I havent heard back. I have called multiple time, still no date an appointment. Their service suck.

My Husband and I have both had work done at this office, very nice doctors and staff. My husband got fillings done and they look great!

Me and my family been a patients of dr. Erna Safaryan for years, and I have to say that this place is truly the best in town. The staff is very professional and nice. I had my root canal , feelings, and cleaning done. Never regret coming to Ohio Dental Clinig and will come back again!!!!

Yo DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTAL CLINIC!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS RAN HORRIBLY!! MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10:20 A.M. TODAY AND IM STILL NOT BEING WORKED ON. IM SUPPOSED TO BE GETRING A ROOT CANAL AT PREMEIR DENTAL IN LANCASTER THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT 45 MIN. TOPS, THEY NUMBED ME UP LIKE 30 MINUTES AGO AND STILL SITTING HERE WAITING FOR THEM. THEY JUST LEAVE YOU IN A ROOM AND DONT COME AND SPEAK TO YOU OR ANYTHING. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS THE WAY THEY WASTE PEOPLES TIME.

Prior to working at Ohio Dental I was a patient for many years. As a patient I remember many great experiences I had at the office. The one experience that made me realize this office truly cares about the patients was when I clipped my front tooth one evening after they were closed and of course I panicked because it was my front tooth and it looked bad. I wasn t in any pain so I waited until the following day when they opened at 9am and I explained to them what happened and they understood how I felt with having my front tooth clipped so they got me in the same day.
Fast forward many years and I am now an employee at Ohio Dental. Our daily goal is to make everyone s experience great. We want everyone to feel comfortable, relaxed, helped, safe and happy from the time you call our office to make an appointment until you walk out of our office.

I was the first one here and my appointment is at 9am and it is 9:40 everyone came after me there was a guy who was also a new patient and he went in before me but he finished his forms and came after me what kind of disrespect is this

My 7 year old son was in for fillings. When he got scared and began to cry, they refused to finish his fillings and asked us to leave. My son has 2 teeth drilled out and no fillings now. Its a weekend and there is no where else to take him. Do NOT bring children to this office. They are not skilled enough to handle children, and heartless enough to kick them out when they get scared. Terrible!

The best dental practice around! Staff was kind and courteous and most importantly the dentist was quick and pain free. With this office, I actually look forward to seeing the dentist.

If there is a problem they will find it and get the job done. They are friendly & understanding. If they can't do the work they will lead you in the right direction

I had the best experience ever, I had tooth decay, which runs in my family, the decay started from my back teeth all the way to my front teeth. I couldn't smile, my self confidence was so down. They drilled out my decay and filled the teeth and I started crying, I could actually smile again. Now I have my self confidence back and I do nothing but smile, because I actually can. Dr. Erna Safaryan and her staff have done amazing work bringing my smile back and my self confidence back.

I love this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Erna Safaryan for years as well as my children since they were 2, 2 and 4. My kids still love coming to her and they are now 2, 14 & 16. My oldest has autism and he has no issues going in to see them. She is the only dentist who has ever made me so comfortable to want to come to my follow up appointments as well even if there is another dentist working. I seriously dislike working on my mouth or visiting the dentist so this says alot. The office is clean and comfortable and the rest of the staff are professional and sweet. I will never go to another dentist as long as they are around.

The bad service ever, I try to schedule appointment for my daughter but thy cut the line, than when I try to call again no one answer and when she answered she puts me on the hold for long time .i m not asking help or donation from you you need just to do your job.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Safaryan since 2004. We were so happy and lucky to have Dr. Safaryan as our dentist. We trust her completely, and it's not very often that you can say that about people. Her office is very clean, staff is friendly. 5-15 Min wait, depending on if they have a Dental emergency walk in. But most of the time staff keeps you updated if they're running behind. One time they were running behind 30min so they called me to let me know so I dont rush.

But one of the main things that definitely made me a loyal patient is the way they handle emergencies. Everyone can be nice when all is well, but you can rely on Dr. Safaryan even when things are not going smoothly. We've had two dental emergencies in the last year with our daughter. First time she had an accessed tooth...so naturally I panicked when I saw it and called our dentist right away, I figured if she doesn't pick up we'll go to emergency room. It was around 8:30pm or a little later (whenever kids were brushing their teeth for bedtime), she answered the phone and calmly reassured me that this can happen to baby teeth and it's not something to worry about if proper measures are taken promptly. She called our pharmacy to prescribe antibiotics right away, then called me back to let me know that they will be ready for pick up soon. I was able to treat the infection as soon as I saw it! A couple of days later the abscess went down, and we pulled the infected tooth.

That was the first time my daughter has ever had a shot in her mouth! She didn't even know it happened! She was smiling the whole time. That means a lot to a parent!

So yes I definitely recommend this dentist. I wish I wrote this review earlier!

Terrible place to go I've given them.multiple chances to redeem there selves and they have not 2 hour wait time for scheduled apt 2 time in a row and very un organized I went to get my teeth cleaned and the women thought she had to extract my teeth and all I needed was fillings no one knows what they are doing here at all I'd advice immediadent or anywhere but here

The best place good experience good customer service love it

They lied to me about cavities just to fill my teeth and put some few bucks in their pockets. Ended up in pain due to bad fillings. Your dentist is an investment not something you want to gamble with. STAY AWAY from this office !!!

They were able to get me in quick to do a root canal when nobody else could.

The staff is friendly and professional wouldn't go anywhere else. They get you in and out!
