I have emailed and called management and have not gotten a response. At one of their locations, residents do not know how to pick up after their dogs. There are cars that are illegally parked and nothing is done about it. Waited over a week for a freezer issue with no follow up on their part. Several issues with the door. Pool had to be closed a day because patio furniture was thrown around. I am not able to recommend this complex anymore. Hallway smells of smoke and needs to be vacumed.

Have not had tv since Sunday in C Bluffs site Roofers moved dishes. Office closed again early on Tuesday.

Any time we need anything our property manager Spencer is just a phone call or a text away. He responds quickly and helps when he can! Thanks for all your hard work!

DP Management is a great place to work and the staff is very competent. They have great work life balance and empower employees to make their own decisions and problem solve within the scope of their authority. They pride themselves in providing great customer service and are always thinking of creative solutions to meet and exceed the customers expectation. They have a fantastic team in place from senior management, asset managers, property managers, marketing directors, leasing agents, etc. If I owned a property, I wouldn't recommend anyone else to manage my business.
