Andrejs Property Management

Absolutely horrible. Our condo switched to them and are simply terrible in customer service, response, professionalism and they do not take ownership of their mistakes. The owner must do all the homework first and then provide them suggestions - then what am I paying for?

Andrejs management has been managing our building for several years. They are professional and always helpful with the residents concerns. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The company you choose to use for your emergency call center can't even tell me if you manage my site. Absolutely pathetic.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They are very responsive, take our requests seriously and ensure they are timely resolved. The management takes good care of our property and makes sure it is always serviced properly and looks lovely. I would definitely recommend this property management to any corporation who takes quality of service to its tenants/owners seriously.

Great management company. The property manager ensures all residents' requests are timely addressed. Our building is taken care of and looks great, thanks to the reputable trades used by the property management. I would highly recommend Andrejs management as a company focused on quality service to all residents.

I really hope this review can be changed in time. But right now, I don't even have an activated fob to enter the building. I got the keys to the place almost a week ago and this most basic thing about moving into a new place - having a fob that opens the building door - is denied to me. No responses yet beyond "ask the in-house staff" who already told me they don't activate fobs.

Great company! Worked with them all the time and all i can say they are the best!

If I could give this company a 1 star, I would. They are the absolute worst property management company I have ever had to deal with....ever.

I live in a condo managed by Andejs. Two weeks ago I had booked the party room for a wedding. The room was set up for a reception and walked in the afternoon of the wedding to find that the room had been "cleaned"
all the decorations, complete luncheon set up, drinks and WEDDING CAKE had been been EATEN BY THE CLEANING TEAM.

Not only did they ruin the wedding but I have yet to hear from them, no apolgy, no refund.........nothing

Love the building but this management company has to GO

Incompetent, arrogant, cronyistic -- these are the terms that I would use to describe the manager from Andrejs that I had. And boy, am I glad that I have moved. It took him five plumber visits and a unit flooding for him to finally get someone to clean the stack, when I have told him since the very beginning that is what he needed to do. Once we got to repairing the damage from flooding, he would leave office early and would not reply to emails, resulting in significant delay in the repair. The kicker? After all the delays, the handyman he managed to procure was his own relative. I wish you all the luck if you are unfortunate enough to live in a condo managed by someone from this management company.

Best management ever. Very happy with the service and attention to details.

Absolutely horrible horrible company...very poor customer service...do not reply to calls or emails..no one follows up...chasing their property manager is harder than reaching the outer stretches of space...i have an issue pending since 4 weeks and no one has least bothered to reply.

I am an owner in 80 Absolute Avenue, Mississauga. ON.
The company that currently manage the building is Andrej s Management.
This company took over from First Service Residential and doing a fantastic job.
The management under the direction of Artur Haxhiu covers every area, in managing the building with the highest standards.
They select the best trades after consulting with Board members and hire the most capable, after the bidding process.
They are very transparent and accountable in managing the building.

What I observed that the management on site is very friendly, listens to owners and work diligently to make the Condominium a safe and comfortable place for all occupants.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I have to give them the 10 and nothing less, for looking after the place to the benefit of all owners.

Our building switched to Andrejs from another management company last year. Our former company was AWFUL, and the difference between the former company and Andrejs is night and day!
The staff (our manager and the admin) are all incredibly attentive and professional, and I feel like we get a lot more communication from them than we did with the old company.
I've noticed some really positive changes in the building, including cleaning improvements and improvements in security. Andrejs has been excellent so far! I highly recommend them.

Andrejs Management took over management's responsibilities for our building not long ago and I am really impressed with the level of service and care they provide. Doris is our Property Manager and she is amazing . Thanks Andrejs, you are what we need and expect.

Andres management is the best property management bottom line. They have very nice staff and very helpful .I recommend this property management.

Very difficult to reach them. Not responsive at all on email or phone. They make mistakes in sending notices to the units. They say they are open 9-5 but are never available. Upon calling their emergency service, the desk advised they often leave early and have irregular work hours.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and caring of this team. Both Ellina & Branka are super heroes. They are very responsive, take our requests seriously and ensure they are timely resolved. They are always smiling and are very warm and caring to clients. The management takes good care of our property and makes sure it is always serviced properly and looks lovely. I would definitely recommend this property management to any corporation who takes quality of service to its tenants/owners seriously.
