Resident of Eastmark. Love the community, but DMB put out a brochure for us to review about their vision of our community. It is nothing like it. Eastmark's clubhouse and pool is too small. Promised a lot of commercial and retail. Other than a small strip mall with Safeway, nothing else planned...
Zero integrity, no ethics and no commitment to fulfill the promisses and what they claim to stand for. I would never buy a home in a community managed by this organization. They are bait and switch.
