It was my grandson first swimming lesson today, July 5th (Fritz Burns pool, Guppies class). There were two swimming teachers who failed to see that he went from the first step all the way down and was struggling. I jumped in the pool and pulled him out.
They were not watching him. I sat in the pool for the rest of the lesson.I filed a complaint in the front office and will be following up with administration at the corporate office. Very upsetting!
The people who work with kids at the kids club program they are very unfair to my kids and very unprofessional people that don't know how to work with kids!
Called to ask for information and this lady called Janet/ Yinet was rude. I asked her about the pooley poll and just answered that question and hanged up without even giving me the chance to keep asking.
Use the gym in La Quinta regularly. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Great equipment too.
We had a good experience on renting jet skies today. They explained everything we needed to do. When I go back I will be calling them back to rent jet skies from them.
